Abstract

A method for fast measurement of crude polysaccharide in ganoderma lucidum spore powder, comprising: performing pretreatment on a ganoderma lucidum spore powder sample to obtain a solution to be measured; preparing an anhydrous glucose standard solution; drawing a standard curve; and measuring the content of crude polysaccharide in the ganoderma lucidum spore powder sample. The pretreatment on the ganoderma lucidum spore powder sample comprises the following steps: weighing a 0.5-2 g sample; adding 70-90 ml of purified water; heating the mixture and keeping slight boiling for 0.5 h; taking the mixture out; cooling the mixture to the room temperature; bring the volume of the mixture to 100 ml; uniformly shaking and filtering the mixture; taking 10 ml of the filtrate for drying; dissolving the product with 2 ml of purified water; then adding 30 ml of absolute ethyl alcohol; uniformly shaking the mixture; performing standing for 5 min; centrifuging the mixture; taking out the precipitate and adding water to dissolve the precipitate, and bringing the mixture to volume in a 25 ml volumetric flask; and diluting the mixture for 5 times to obtain the solution to be measured. Steps can be remarkably simplified, the measurement time can be shortened, loss of active components can be reduced, and the result is stable.

The prepared anti-aging composition can effectively improve the lifespan and climbing ability of Drosophila melanogaster, can also effectively improve the MDA level in rat serum and the SOD activity in the rat serum, and has a remarkable anti-aging effect. In addition, a granular product has a high effective ingredient content and a good stability.
