Abstract

The present invention refers to a process of thermoplastic bonding of two or several elements, particularly at a vehicle, preferably at a motor vehicle. It is provided for according to the invention that onto a first component part (1) a second component part (2) is disposed, wherein each binding projection (3; 3') of the first component part (1) is placed into a corresponding binding cut-out (6; 6') of the second component part (2), and wherein each guiding projection (4; 4') of the first component part (1) is placed into a corresponding guiding cut-out (10; 10') of the second component part (2). Afterwards, the second component part (2) is located by moving thereof in longitudinal and/or transversal direction and/or rotating with regard to the binding projection (3; 3') into a required position with regard to the first component part (1), and thermal energy is entered into the region of the free end of the binding projection (3; 3'), when the second component part is located (2) in the required position with regard to the first component part(1), resulting in softening of the binding projection (3; 3'). Furthermore, compressive force is entered into the softened region of the binding projection (3; 3'), resulting in the softened region of the binding projection (3; 3') to flow and to fill-up the binding cut-out (6; 6') with said softened region of the binding projection (3; 3').The invention refers also to a lamp produced according to said process.

Abstract

A motor vehicle light comprises a casing (1), which is adapted for mounting into each corresponding part of a motor vehicle (V), a light source (2), at least one reflecting surface (3) suitable for re-directing collimated light beams, as well as a lens (4). A diffusion layer (5) is foreseen on that side of said lens (4), which is faced towards the reflecting surface (3), and is arranged adjacent to the lens (4), so that light beams generated by the light source (2) and deflected on said reflecting surface (3) are transferred throughout the diffusion layer (5) prior to entering the lens (4). A light impermeable screen (6) is located between the light source (2) and said diffusion layer (5) and is adapted to prevent light beams from the light source (2) to radiate directly towards the diffusion layer (5), so that only those light beams can be transferred through the diffusion layer (5) and then through the lens (4), which are on said reflecting surface (3) re-directed to form a collimated light.

A motor vehicle light according to invention comprises a lens (2) with a convex, namely away from the illuminated area (A) in front of the light deflected rear surface (21), as well as towards said illuminated area (A) deflected front surface (22), wherein a cavity (20) is foreseen in the area of said rear surface (21) of the lens (2), which extends along the optical axis (100) of the light and which is adapted to receive each light source (1), so that said light source (1) is insertable into the interior of said lens (2), namely in the area between said rear surface (21) and said front surface (22) of the lens (2), and is at the same time connectable with said lens (2). Said lens (2) and a bearing member (3) of said light source (1) are each per se connected with a rigid bearing frame (4) of the light, which is either directly or indirectly via at least a part of each appropriate casing mounted in each appropriate position within a motor vehicle. Such light is characterized by minimizing the number of each required components, and enables directing of light beams generated by an ordinary light source (1) e.g. a filament bulb or in particular a halogen bulb towards each pre-defined illuminated area (A) in front of the light, so that said area (A) is uniformly illuminated and dissipation of light beams outside of said pre-determined illuminated area (A) is prevented.

Abstract

A light consists of a lightning module (1) and a complementary module (2). The lightning module (1) comprises a casing (11), which is adapted to receive an appropriate reflector (12) and is closed on the front side by a transparent wall (13), and said complementary module (2) comprises at least a desired light source (251, 252, 253, 254) together with each belonging control and supplying units (23, 25) as well as a casing (20), which is closed on its rear side (22) by means of a cover (24) and comprises a front wall (200), which is faced towards the lightning module (1) and consists of a thermal conductive material, wherein at least one throughout passage (202) is arranged adjacent to said wall (200) and extends at least approximately in the vertical direction. Thanks to such concept and despite to relatively small overall dimensions such light is alternatively applicable both when a classic filament bulb or a set of diodes (251, 252, 253, 254) is used as a light source. At least overall dimensions, which are crucial when bearing in mind mounting such light into each vehicle, remain completely unchanged regardless to each choice of the light source (251, 252, 253, 254). At the same time also the major parts of the lights remain the same despite to said alternative possibilities of using each desired light source (251, 252, 253, 254).

The purpose of the invention is to ensure appropriate operation of said cornering lights (91, 92) in accordance with each existing legislation and in particular without any need on mounting additional sensors into the vehicle, by which increasing of expenses are essentially reduced, the need about providing some additional space within the vehicle and also any essentially increasing of the risk of damages may be avoided. To this aim said device comprises a processing unit (3), which is adapted to receive data from the anti-skid unit (4) for preventing vehicle wheels (11, 12, 21, 22) from sliding during braking or acceleration, namely each relevant data about each angular velocity (쳱1) of at least one inward wheel (11) and the angular velocity (쳱2) of at least one outward wheel (12) of a turning vehicle. Said unit (3) is furthermore adapted to determine each difference (ﶴ쳱) between said angular velocities (쳱1, 쳱2) in order to be able to control automatically activation or deactivation of each corresponding cornering light (91, 92) when said difference (ﶴ쳱) between said angular velocities (쳱1, 쳱2) exceeds a pre-determined value and when also each desired pre-determined conditions are fulfilled. The invention also includes a process for control of said cornering lights (91, 92) in accordance with the functional concept of said device.
