Abstract

Provided is a filtration device capable of reducing the operating costs of a separation membrane. A filtration device 100 comprises: one or more separation membrane units 10 having one or membrane elements 1; a frame 20 that holds the one or more separation membrane units 10; and an air diffusion unit 30 that is provided to a lower portion of the frame 20 and comprises an air diffusion pipe 32 that can connect to an external blower pump. With the filtration device 100 submerged in a treatment solution in a treatment tank, air is diffused from the air diffusion pipe 32 to wash membrane surfaces in the one or more separation membrane units 10. The filtration device 100 further comprises a horizontal turbulence generation means 60 for increasing a horizontal turbulence component against the membrane surfaces in the one or more separation membrane elements 1 with respect to the air diffused from the air diffusion pipe 32 and rising from the lower portion of the frame 20. This configuration can enhance washing effectiveness by increasing a horizontal movement component in addition to the upward movement of air flowing over the membrane surfaces.

Abstract

Provided are an inorganic powder sheet that has small compressive deformation while maintaining high heat insulation and heat resistance, and a method for producing the same. The inorganic powder sheet includes, as inorganic powder, 80% by weight or more of vermiculite subjected to expansion treatment and 20% by weight or less of organic fiber, and has a heat insulating property. Abstract

Provided is an inorganic-fiber sheet in which bio-soluble fibers are used and which has enhanced strength after calcination. This method for producing the inorganic-fiber sheet includes a step in which 15-50 wt% bentonite is mixed with inorganic fibers and organic fibers and the resultant mixture is formed into a sheet by a wet-process papermaking method. This method renders a safe inorganic-fiber sheet possible with a bio-soluble material. Furthermore, the mixing of bentonite in the papermaking step, in place of adding bentonite in a later step, brings about an advantage in that the production steps can be simplified.

Abstract

An insulating thermal diffusion sheet that has thermal conductivity while maintaining insulating properties, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. This insulating thermal diffusion sheet is configured from a paper sheet containing binder fibers and 80-95 wt% boron nitride, wherein the insulation volume resistivity is 3.0×1013Ω·cm or greater, the thermal conductivity is 8 W/m·K or greater in the in-plane direction and 0.5 W/m·K or greater in the thickness direction. Provided is an insulating sheet for which insulation performance is maintained while manufacturing costs are lowered. Abstract

The present invention enables the suppression of hot spot generation while also maintaining thermal insulation performance. A thermal insulation sheet (10) comprises: an intermediate layer (11); and a surface layer (12) layered on the surface of the intermediate layer (11). The thermal conductivity in the thickness direction of the intermediate layer is 0.50 W/m·K or less; the thermal conductivity in the thickness direction of the surface layer is 1.00 W/m·K or more; and the thermal conductivity in the surface direction of the surface layer is five or more times the thermal conductivity in the thickness direction. Due to this configuration, an insulating sheet has a multilayer structure in which the surface layer (12) serves as a heat-dissipating layer with enhanced thermal conductivity and the intermediate layer (11) serves as a heat-insulating layer with enhanced thermal insulation properties. With the surface layer (12) on the thermal-insulation object side, the generation of hot spots can be suppressed through high heat dissipation performance, while the intermediate layer (11) with enhanced thermal insulation performance is placed on the back side to prevent thermal conduction to other adjacent components, thus preventing burning from spreading heat.

Abstract

Provided is a thermal insulation sheet with increased followability to deformation. The thermal insulation sheet 10 comprises: an intermediate layer 11 containing inorganic fibers; and paper superficial layers 12 that are stacked on both surfaces of the intermediate layer 11 so as to have said intermediate layer 11 sandwiched therebetween. When the thermal insulation sheet is subjected to five rounds of repeated compression test in which FS load is measured by pressing said sheet to a depth of 0-1.5 mm under a temperature range from -40°C to 60°C, the test shows an FS load of 1000-6000 N at a depth of 1.5 mm. With this configuration, this thermal insulation sheet is able to achieve the property that undergoes little stress variation during a compression-restoration test where the sheet is subjected to iterations of stress variation over a wide temperature range.

Due to this configuration, it is possible to carry out the previously difficult process of impregnating sheet-shaped base paper, for which cellulose fibers have been used, with resin. Specifically, the problem that impregnation of resin becomes impossible due to high compactness can be solved by including water-retaining fine fibrous cellulose, increasing wettability and making it possible for the moist heat adhesive binder fibers to react. As a result, the resin can be disposed in the cellulose fibers without gaps in order to strengthen the cellulose fibers, and the strength and the reliability of the fiber-reinforced resin sheet as a whole are increased.
