A weight and constraint associated adjustment-based real-time power generation control optimization decision method for a power grid. By resolving a power generation control optimization decision model which takes, as the weight, a comprehensive index reflecting the influence chracteristics of an output of a power plant on the security and stability of the power grid, economic and environmental protection performance, prediction performance, adjustment performance and spot transaction execution conditions of the power plant, the power transmission devices/sections are classfied into constrained and unconstrained categories according to whether power transmission devices/sections reach the norm. For a power plant having a smaller active power sensitivity to the constrained devices/sections, a power generation control optimization decision is made by using the comprehensive index irrespective of the power grid security performance of the power plant as a weight and only considering overload constraints of the unconstrained devices/sectios, thereby realizing adaptive adjustment of associating the weight with constraints, ensuring that the power generation control of the power grid satisfies the requirements of real-time performance, security and economy and environmental protection.

The method not only extends the application range of the Latin hypercube sampling method, but also ensures the accuracy of calculating.

Disclosed is an online evaluation method of a safety margin of an operating reserve in a power system, which belongs to the technical field of power system operation and control. A post-fault steady operation state of the system is obtained by considering protection and through time-domain simulation of action of an automatic safety device, and active power sensitivity of the operating reserve for power transmission equipment and a power transmission corridor is calculated based on a direct-current (DC) power flow equation of the state. A maximum capacity of the operating reserve that is useful for actual control of a steady state frequency is obtained by solving an optimization function considering a controllable interval of the operating reserve, an overload limit of the power transmission equipment and a safety and stability limit of the power transmission corridor, and aiming at maximizing the operating reserve. A maximum controllable quantity of the steady state frequency is calculated in combination with power and frequency static characteristic coefficients, achieving online evaluation of a safety margin of the operating reserve taking faults into consideration.
A spinning reserve capacity optimization method based on a cost-performance ratio of a reserve object, which falls within the technical field of electric power system automation. In the method, a cost-performance ratio of a spinning reserve object (hereinafter referred to as a reserve object) is calculated according to the total cost thereof in a target power shortage curve scenario set (hereinafter referred to as a target scenario set) and an effective reserved electric quantity which can be provided thereby, and the reserve object which needs to be configured in this scenario set is optimized accordingly. By means of the method, the cost and performance of a reserve object can be comprehensively taken into consideration and a better optimization effect can be gained in comparison with the optimization configuration performed according to a "capacity price" of the reserve object or according to "a sum of the capacity price and an electric quantity price multiplied by an event probability". At the same time, by means of the method, uniform optimization at sending and requiring sides can be directly realized, thereby avoiding an enormous amount of calculations in a decoupling-iterative procedure between the sending and requiring sides.

Abrégé
A security and stability adaptive emergency control system and method for a power system, intended to solve the technical problem of difficulty in meeting an engineering requirement by means of the existing adaptive emergency control. The existing adaptive emergency control adopts an emergency control online policy aiming at a running state before a fault moment, a running moment corresponding to the policy being always earlier than the fault moment. The security and stability adaptive emergency control system and method for a power system provide the solution of carrying out emergency control optimization decision calculation with respect to a future running state, such that there are emergency control optimization policies corresponding to the running state in periods before and after the fault moment, respectively, and using a union set of the emergency control optimization policies at the two moments as an adaptive emergency control policy at the fault moment when a 'mode word' for searching an offline policy at the fault moment is the same as 'mode words' of the emergency control optimization policies at two moments, closer to the fault moment, before and after the fault moment,, thereby implementing unified control precision and reliability and improving the engineering practicability.
