The invention relates to a method for the passive ventilation and/or heating of dwellings, industrial warehouses and/or buildings, using a solar air heater or collector. The invention also relates to a natural method of ventilating dwellings, industrial warehouses and/or buildings, using two passive systems, a solar heater and a dynamic-type atmospheric air extractor, coupled in series. In the new combined system, air is extracted by means of a maximised double effect: the solar-thermal effect and the dynamic-wind effect. The solar heater is coupled to the atmospheric extractor by means of a trapezoidal nozzle-type constriction having a characteristic shape and dimensions. The entire system should be installed in such a way that it facilitates the collection of solar energy incident on its absorption plate, to permit improved heating and exploitation thereof. At the same time, the system should also be installed at a sufficient height to make use of the effect of the wind, and to make the dynamic air extractor rotate in an adequate manner.
