The present invention relates to: a battery case to which mechanical coupling of different materials ensuring watertight performance is applied and a chassis frame integrated with the battery case, and, more specifically, to a battery case comprising: a cross member which partitions an internal space of a battery case and has an insertion recess formed on the lower end thereof with a predetermined gap and an insertion hole passing through at a position where the insertion recess is formed; a cooling plate positioned below the cross member and having an insertion protrusion end which protrudes to be inserted into the insertion recess, and has a through hole corresponding to the insertion hole; a body mounting pipe having a lower end which is inserted into the insertion hole and having, formed inside the lower end thereof, a lower end female screw; and a lower bolt fastened to the lower end female screw through the through hole to allow the body mounting pipe and the cooling plate to be in surface contact with each other.
