PUMP UNIT OF CAPSULE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING CAPSULE LIQUID, CAPSULE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS APPLYING THE PUMP UNIT, METHOD FOR CAPSULE MANUFACTURING APPLYING SAME, CAPSULE MANUFACTURED BY SAME
[Problem] The present invention relates to a new pump unit which is capable of preventing an impact and vibration which are generated when a pump for discharging (filling) a capsule liquid is in operation at a high speed while manufacturing a capsule by coating the capsule liquid with an outer coating part, expanding a length of time of capsule liquid discharge and an actual fillable area, and controlling a discharge pressure which may increase during a high-speed rotation. [Solution] According to the pump unit of the present invention, an end of a plunger pin is extended to protrude out of a pump chamber, and receives driving by a shifter at the protruding portion for a reciprocating movement in the pump chamber. The shifter comprises a rotating pendulum lever, and the plunger pin reciprocates in the pump chamber due to a reciprocating rotation of the pendulum lever.

MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SOFT CAPSULE USING NON-ANIMAL ORIGIN OUTER-SKIN, AND SOFT CAPSULE
Disclosed is a novel manufacturing method, which is a manufacturing procedure wherein a capsule is formed by combining starch, λ-carrageenan, metallic salt, a plasticiser, and water as the structural component composition for the raw materials for the outer-skin part of the capsule, and which has enhanced the drying ability of conventional rotary-die type soft capsule manufacturing methods, enabling the water content of a capsule outer-skin sheet to be freely adjusted, and which also has improved the previously problematic post-formation hardness-stability of the capsule. In the disclosed soft capsule manufacturing method a capsule is formed by combining starch, λ-carrageenan, metallic salt, a plasticiser, and water as the structural component composition for the raw materials for the outer-skin part of the capsule. In addition to being a novel method wherein trisodium citrate is mixed as the metallic salt, the method is characterised by the introduction to conventional rotary-die type automatic soft capsule manufacturing methods of a drying procedure for the capsule outer-skin sheet using medium wavelength infra-red radiation, thus enhancing drying ability and enabling the water content of the capsule outer-skin sheet to be freely adjusted.
An apparatus for manufacturing a soft capsule containing a filling coated with a shell portion formed of a shell-sheet, having a sheet molding section forming a shell-sheet having an almost uniform thickness from a molten shell material, a capsule molding section feeding shell-sheets between a pair of die rolls and joining the shell sheets, and a filling supply section supplying a filling to the shell-sheets in time for joining the shell-sheets, in which the sheet molding section has a dryer equipped with a medium wavelength infrared heater; the shell-sheet is irradiated with a medium wavelength infrared ray from the heater to thereby obtain an almost uniform thickness, an appropriate viscosity, and moisture content; and the sheet of this state is fed to the capsule molding section.

The disclosed headrest support device is formed with a synthetic thermoplastic resin material as a base, in an effort to reduce overall weight. The headrest support device is provided to the top of the seatback of a seat for a vehicle, holds a headrest that supports the head of a seat occupant, and is such that the height in the vertical direction of the headrest can be adjusted. The headrest support device is caused to comprise two stay guides (1, 1) into which two headrest stays (81, 81) provided to the headrest (8) couple, and which fulfill the role of holding said two headrest stays (81, 81) at a predetermined position; strip-shaped staying-pressing sections (15, 15) that are a portion of each of the tubular sections (11, 11) forming the stay guides (1, 1) and that are formed at a portion in the axial direction of the tubular sections (11, 11); and holding clips (2, 2) that are provided to the place on the tubular sections containing the staying-pressing sections (15, 15) and that move so as to press said staying-pressing sections (15, 15) towards the inner surface.
Disclosed are soft capsules having been widely used in 旜drugs”, 旜foods for specific health uses”, 旜so-called health foods” and foods which have soft and excellent mastication properties and a high meltability in the oral cavity, impart a mild and full-bodied taste to a gelatin film coating, show an excellent ability to regulate the stickiness of the capsule film coating to thereby prevent sticking of the capsules to each other or to a container, and further inhibit an increase in the moisture content of the gelatin film coating even under highly humid conditions and so on. Soft capsules to be masticated characterized in that a gelatin film coating for the soft capsules to be masticated is formed by blending a powdery fat with gelatin, a plasticizer and water.
The garment has a garment body and expanded bags which are disposed at any bag placement positions on the garment body. The expanded bag is created by encapsulating at least foam resin particles as a filler inside of a stretchable bag.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SOFT CAPSULE AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
[PROBLEMS] To provide a novel process for capsule production in which a conventional rotary-die type automatic soft-capsule production technique which has been modified so as to have an enhanced drying ability is used to enable the water content of a capsule shell sheet to be regulated at will. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The process employs an apparatus which comprises: a sheet formation part in which a raw shell material in a molten state is formed into a shell sheet having an almost constant thickness; a capsule formation part in which the shell sheet is fed to the nip between a pair of die rolls to bond the shell sheet; and a filling supply part in which a filling is supplied to the shell sheet simultaneously with the bonding. By the process, a soft capsule comprising a shell part formed from the shell sheet and the filling covered with the shell part is produced. The process is characterized in that the sheet formation part has a dryer equipped with a medium-wavelength infrared heater, and that the shell sheet is irradiated with medium-wavelength infrared rays by the heater to regulate the shell sheet so as to have an almost constant thickness, moderate viscosity, and moderate water content and this sheet is fed to the capsule formation part.
It is intended to provide a non-animal derived soft capsule shell which is excellent in productivity, cost performance, thermal energy efficiency and quality by a new technological development in which 阳-carrageenan which is not gelatinized acquires a moderate viscosity and elastic force and has an improved transparency by adding a given amount of a metal salt to 阳-carrageenan and making it weak acidic, and a soft capsule having the same. A soft capsule 1 of the invention is formed by covering a content N with a soft shell part 2, wherein a composition of the shell part 2 is formed by mixing starch, 阳-carrageenan, a metal salt, dextrin, a plasticizer and water.
