The housing covers the conductive component in a state in which at least a portion of the first end portion and at least a portion of the second end portion are exposed. The housing is a part that is held in the through-hole, and the housing has a positioning part that contacts the case so as to restrict rotation about the axis of the through-hole or movement toward both sides in the axial direction of the through-hole.
