The invention relates to a connection system for connecting an inside environment of a compartment to an environment outside said compartment, said compartment being isolated relative to the outside environment and said connection system, said connection system comprising a blocking device.
A connecting member is provided between an inside environment of a compartment and an environment outside the compartment. The compartment is isolated relative to the outside environment and the compartment comprising a communication orifice defined by a first connector connecting element. The connecting member comprises a main body arranged to cooperate with the communication orifice of the isolated compartment. The main body comprises a second connector or connecting element complementary to the first connecting element of the communication orifice so as to form a tight connection between the first connecting element and the second connecting element, the main body further being crossed through by a tubing comprising a first end on the side of the outside environment and a second end on the side of the inside environment.

A closure system for a vial comprising: an elastic closure part to engage the mouth opening, a clamp part to hold the closure part in a closing relationship with the mouth opening, the clamp part defining an upper aperture through which a region of the upper surface of the closure part is exposed when the clamp part is engaged with the vial, a cover part to engage the clamp part to cover the exposed region, the cover part engaging with the closure part to provide two or more concentric ring-shaped seals, at least part of the cover part being removable from the vial to allow access to the closure.

A process for reducing the oxygen concentration in a container (17) prior to filling the container with a liquid by passing a hollow filling needle (40) through a puncturable part (16) of the container wall, in which the empty container (17) is enclosed within an envelope (21) which is less permeable to oxygen than the container wall (11). The process is suitable for use with vials having a puncturable closure.
