Abstract

A module (1) for detecting the angular position of the drive shaft (101) of a valve is described. The module comprises a printed circuit (2, 3), which can be positioned in the proximity of a drive shaft of a valve body, or of an extension element thereof or a motor shaft of a valve actuator. The module also comprises one or more magnets (15), which can be fastened to the shaft that imparts the rotations to the valve body, and one or more magnetic sensors (10, 11) supported on the printed circuit, as well as a communication interface (12). The magnetic sensors generate an electrical signal indicating the position of the magnets. The communication interface remotely transmits a corresponding signal/reading. The acquisition of the readings can be carried out at pre-set time intervals, which can be managed according to the requirements of the production process. The detection module is free of wired connections with the outside and is self-powered by at least one battery (4). A valve (100) and an adapter element are also described, which are also provided with the module, and a method for detecting the open state of the valve remotely by means of the module.

Abstract

The invention concerns a releasing device (30) to be inserted between a power actuator (20, 87) for valves and a valve (10) to be controlled. It comprises a driving component (36) to be interfaced with the power actuator (20), a driven component (37) to be interfaced with the shutter of the controlled valve (10), and a connecting component (38) all rotating of at least 90° around the same axis (X). The connecting component (38) is provided with clutching means (50) to catch both with the driving component (36) and the driven component (37), or with the driven component (37) only. When the connecting component (38) is caught to the driving component (36), this causes the opening and closing rotations of the shutter of the valve (10) and the loading of return springs (60, 60'); when the connecting component (38) is caught to the driven component (37) only, this causes the shutter of the valve (10) to rotate rapidly in its closing direction due to the action of the return springs (60, 60') connected therewith.

Abstract

The invention concerns pneumatic actuators for valves comprising a body closed by head flanges, two pistons moving in said body in opposite directions, an output shaft that turns actuated by the pistons, and a stop device on each head flange to limit the stroke of the pistons when they move away from each other towards the head flanges. On at least one side of the actuator body an adjusting device (22) is provided which includes stop means (26, 27) at varying distances from each other in a direction parallel to the movement of the pistons and arranged in a position to intercept and limit the stroke of the pistons when the latter move towards each other.

Abstract

Coaxial valve for fluids, which comprises a valve body and a piston/shutter (11 ) moving in said body with respect to a baffle seat (12) between two open and closed positions. The piston/shutter (11 ) has an axial bore and an intermediate annular groove (24) between two opposite cylindrical portions (22, 23), which are placed around and conducted on seals (19, 20) mounted peripherally on corresponding portions of two sleeves fixed to the valve body and forming the input and output ducts of the fluid. The baffle seat (12) has at least a peripheral seal (28) that radially engages on an internal surface of the piston/ shutter on one side of said annular groove when the piston/shutter is in the closed position.
