Abstract

An adaptive staking machine (1) for softening and stretching flexible laminar products, such as leather and hides, which comprises a base (2) defining a longitudinal axis (L) and having an inlet area (3) for the products to be treated and an outlet area (4) for the treated products, on the base there are mounted at least one pair of beating plates (6, 7) which are mutually facing and configured to act on the opposite faces of the products to be treated, at least one of said plates (6) being fixed and the other (7) movable and associated with drive means, advancement means (5) for the advancement of the products comprising at least one upper elastic belt (8) and at least one lower elastic belt (9), arranged mutually facing and interposed between the pair of beating plates (6, 7), each of said elastic belts (8, 9) having an annular development and being wound on at least one pair of upper end rollers (10, 11) and one pair of lower end rollers (12, 13) with axes perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The machine comprises an automatic adaptive adjustment system (16, 17) for adjusting the tension (T) of each of the elastic belts (8, 9) and configured to recover the elongation of each individual belt over time and maintain the interposed laminar products perfectly flat, stretched and free from creases and unevenness during advancement and treatment thereof.

Abstract

A belt-changing tool (1) adapted to be coupled to a machine (2) for processing flexible sheet products, wherein the machine (2) comprises a frame (3) defining an inlet area (4) and an outlet area (5) for the products, the frame (3) having at least one pair of closed-loop conveyor belts (6, 7) installed thereon, which face each other and are supported by pairs of end rollers (8, 9; 10, 11 ). Abstract

An improved staking machine (1) for softening and stretching flexible sheet products, such as industrial hides and the like having opposite sides, which comprises motorized feeding means (5) for conveying the products in a predetermined longitudinal direction (L), at least one pair of mutually facing beating plates (10, 10'), substantially parallel to the feeding means (5) and acting on the opposite faces of the products. One of the plates (10) is stationary and the other (10') is movable and connected to motor means (11) which impart a reciprocating movement thereto, with a predetermined number of beats per minute. The machine (1) comprises means (23) for adjusting the working pressure between the stationary plate (10) and the movable plate (10'), which selectively act on the stationary plate (10) to change the mutual distance between the stationary plate (10) and the movable plate (10'). The machine (1) further comprises electronic control means (24) which act on the motor means (11) to continuously change the number of beats per minute of the reciprocating motion of the movable plate (10') both during initial start-up and during steady-state operation according to the type of product to be treated and the characteristics of the desired products.

Abstract

A plant for pasteurizing an egg-containing food product comprises a heating section (3) for heating the product to a first operating temperature (T1) above 5O0C1 an overheating station (4) for overheating the product to a second operating temperature (T2) higher than the first operating temperature (T1), oscillating means (18) for generating a radio-frequency electromagnetic field in the overheating station (4), at least one conduit (6) having an inlet (2) and an outlet (5) and at least a connecting portion (16) for connecting together said heating section (3) and said overheating station (4), at least one first thermal holding station (15) in said intermediate portion (16), means (8) for circulating the product in said conduit (6). The circulating means (8) are adapted to circulate the product in said overheating station (4) at a second operating speed (V2) in a substantially turbulent regime for a maximum operating time (t2) of 0.1 s to 5 s, for the second operating temperature (T2) to fall in a range from 55°C to 75°C.

Abstract

A staking machine with beating plates for industrial hides and similar products comprises a bed (2) supporting one or more operating heads (3, 5). Each head comprises a fixed plate (5) and a moving plate (3) which face each other and are provided with complementarily shaped tools adapted to interact for exerting a working pressure (Pw) therebetween, The fixed plate (5) is integral with a beam (12) installed on substantially vertical posts (13) having threaded portions that can be screwed in complementarily threaded bushes (14) which are integral with the bed (2). Each post (13) has an upper operating end (18) which operates on the beam (12). Working pressure adjustment means (19) are further provided which selectively operate on the operating ends (18) to change the distance (d) between the fixed plate (5) and the moving plate (3), to lock the latter in the desired position as a function of a desired staking pressure (Pws). The machine further comprises antifriction means (24) between the operating end (18) and the beam (12).
