Abstract
?A method for diagnosing osteoporosis by a method for defining the dynamics of closing cavity formations in order to assess the effectiveness of using various osteoprotectors relates to the field of medicine, for diagnosing osteoporosis and for defining the effectiveness of preventive action, which has been carried out, on conditions associated with osteoporosis. The method is characterized by laboratory, histological and radiation methods of investigation (standard radiography) and by defining the mineral density of bones by an X-ray absorption method on osteometers, to which an additional diagnostic criterion is introduced - detection of cavity formations by special adjustment of said osteometers for detecting cavity formations in trabecular sections of bones, and also distilled water is introduced in special incubators around the arm and leg extremity bones under investigation. The problem addressed by the claimed invention is that of objectively assessing the effectiveness of the action of (a) preparation(s) (an osteoprotector) and of detecting cavity formations in trabecular sections of bones. It is proposed to improve the diagnostic possibilities of computer osteometers by detecting cavity formations in the event of osteoporosis and defining the severity of the disease not only on the basis of mineral density, but also on the basis of the presence of cavities in trabecular sections of bones.

The method and a preparation for the prophylaxis and treatment of atypical osteoporosis with normal or increased mineralization of the bone tissue with the presence of cavity formations in the trabecular sections of the bones (and conditions similar thereto in the event of excess mass and metabolic syndrome) relate to medicine, in particular to means for preventive action in the event of conditions associated with various forms of osteoporosis, in particular in the event of metabolic syndrome. The method is characterized by a dose of from 10 mg to 1000 mg per day of drone brood and a vitamin or vitamins of group D, and/or active metabolites thereof of from 50 ME to 100 000 ME per day, with simultaneous administration to an organism within a 24-hour period, where the preparation, consisting of from 10 mg to 1000 mg of drone brood, vitamin or vitamins of group D, and/or active metabolites thereof of from 50 ME to 100 000 ME, can be realized in powdery, tablet or capsule form. Implementation of the invention provides for the achievement of the technical result which is envisaged by the applicant and consists in the production of an agent that facilitates a redistribution of calcium in an organism, a reduction in the mineralization of soft tissues, vessels and other organs, and also a filling of cavities in the trabecular bone.

Abstract
The method for preventing and treating osteoporosis and bone fractures and the preparation for preventing and treating osteoporosis and bone fractures relates to medicine, in particular to agents for the treatment and prevention of conditions associated with various forms of osteoporosis. The method is characterised in that it involves taking between 10 mg and 1000 mg per day of drone brood, between 50 IU and 1,000,000 IU per day of vitamin D or vitamins of this group and/or the active metabolites thereof, and between 25 mg and 3000 mg per day of a calcium compound, so as to be simultaneously supplied to the body daily, and the preparation composed of between 10 mg and 1000 mg of drone brood, between 50 IU and 1,000,000 IU of vitamin D or vitamins of this group and/or the active metabolites thereof and between 25 mg and 3000 mg of a calcium compound, can be in powder, tablet or capsule form. Implementing the invention provides for the achievement of the technical result stated by the author, which makes it possible to eliminate or reduce the mineralisation imbalance of various bone tissue segments. The use of the claimed agent strengthens the mechanism for uniformly restoring bone mineral density, the use of drone brood in combination with vitamin D aims to provide for additional strength in remodelling injured bone tissue segments and for bone tissue retention by maintaining androgen levels.

A method is proposed for filling cavity formations in metaphyseal (trabecular) bone sections with calcium and for preventing secretion of calcium therefrom. The proposed method consists in supplying drone brood to an organism in combination with supplying calcium to the organism. Existing methods for saturating an organism with calcium do not achieve the desired result.
