Abstract

The present invention relates to a rotor (30) for a kneading machine (10) for alimentary doughs, said rotor (30) comprising a flat base formed of a plurality of arms (32, 33) and a plurality of mixing paddles (34, 35) restrained to said arms (32, 33). The mixing paddles (34, 35) are pivotally mounted on the arms (32, 33) about respective axes (E, F) that are parallel to said flat base, the arms being movable between a first operating position, wherein they extend from the arms (32, 33) along a direction (V) that is generally perpendicular to the flat base, and a second operating position, wherein they extend from the arms (32, 33) in opposite directions substantially parallel to the flat base. When the rotor is mounted in a kneading machine, its paddles are proximate to a bottom of the container of the machine in the second operating position, thus acting as dough separating means.

Abstract

The invention relates to a kneader machine (10) for alimentary doughs comprising a container (20) provided with a tight lid (70) and a rotor (30) rotatably arranged in said container (20) about a vertical rotation axis (A), wherein said rotor (30) comprises a flat base consisting of a plurality of arms (32, 33) and a plurality of mixing paddles which extend from said arms (32, 33) in a vertical direction (V), and wherein the arms (32, 33) of the rotor (30) comprise bevelled surfaces (34) formed along their peripheries on the sides intended to face a rotation direction of rotation (R) of the rotor (30). The mixing paddles comprise first and second mixing paddles (35, 36) configured so as to generate between them a whirling motion of the particles of the solid ingredients on a plane (P) passing through the rotation axis (A) of the rotor (30) and perpendicular to its base. Thanks to these features it is possible to generate on planes that are mutually perpendicular whirling mixing movements, which promote the contact between the particles of the solid ingredients of an alimentary dough and the liquid ingredients necessary to its preparation that are injected into the container, thus allowing to maximize the hydration level of the solid ingredients and to minimize the preparation time of the dough. The invention also relates to a method of making an alimentary dough by using said kneader machine.

Abstract

A wall-attachment element (1) according to the invention includes two attachment bases (3), an item holding rail (7) and two spacing arms (9). Each base (3) includes a flange (4) and is fixed onto a fixing wall by means of an adhesive member. The flange (4) is arranged to get deformed, due to the effect of the forces applied thereto by the adhesive member when the wall-attachment element is fixed onto the fixing wall, so as to adapt itself to possible irregularities and lack of planarity of the fixing wall. To this aim, the attachment bases (3) can be made of thin metal plate. The holding of the adhesion of element (1) to the wall is thus improved, notwithstanding the irregularities and shape imperfections of the wall and the element (1). The invention also concerns a method of fixing a wall-attachment element (1) to a wall.
