Abstract
An aqueous surface-treating agent comprising (A) an aqueous emulsion of silicone oil, (B) a silanol-modified polyurethane resin, (C) a silane compound and/or a partial hydrolysate thereof, (D) an aqueous emulsion of a hydrazide and a carbonyl group-containing polyurethane resin, and (E) an aqueous emulsion of a polyurethane resin having a glass transition temperature of −30° C. or lower, and a thermal softening temperature of 70° C. or lower measured by using a flow tester when heated from 40° C. to 150° C. at a heating rate of 5° C./min. The aqueous surface-treating agent contains silicone oil for preventing sticking between products and a silanol-modified polyurethane resin binder having a low hardness and excellent adhesiveness to seal members, and improves the corrosion resistance of an aqueous surface-treating agent for aluminum substrates etc.

Abstract
Disclosed is a method for feeding a grease composition for grease-feeding to bearing units comprising 35 to 85 wt. % of fluorine-based grease and 65 to 15 wt. % of fluorine-based organic solvent; the method comprising jetting the grease composition into an inner portion of a bearing unit, such as a bearing for a conveyor chain having a grease-feeding hole, so as to feed the fluorine-based grease in an amount accounting for 10 to 45 volume % of the space volume in the bearing. According to the grease-feeding method, the grease composition for grease-feeding can be effectively applied to a bearing unit having a grease-feeding hole (nipple), thereby can be sufficiently supplied to a lubrication part, and allows grease-feeding without leakage from the bearing unit.

Abstract
Disclosed is an electroconductive grease comprising a fluorine oil, an electroconductive material, and a thickening agent, the electroconductive grease containing 5 to 20 wt. % of carbon black having a DBP oil absorption amount of 250 ml/100 g or less as the electroconductive material, and 2 to 15 wt. % of fluorine-containing resin particles having an average primary particle size of 1.0 μm or less as the thickening agent. The electroconductive grease comprises carbon black having specific properties, and fluorine-containing resin particles, preferably PTFE particles, having an average primary particle size of 1.0 μm or less, and therefore exhibits excellent oil separation characteristics, namely, a remarkably lower degree of oil separation, which can also be reduced to 10 wt. % or less.

Abstract
An aqueous surface-treating agent, which comprises a silicone oil aqueous emulsion, a polyurethane resin aqueous emulsion, and a silane compound represented by the following general formula
2 each are an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n and m are 1≦n≦3 and m=3·n, respectively), and/or a hydrolyzate thereof, wherein 100 parts by weight or more of the polyurethane resin in terms of the weight of solid matters is used on the basis of 100 parts by weight in terms of nonvolatile matters of silicone oil, can prevent sticking of rubber seal materials such as O rings, etc. themselves or sticking to a metal, a resin, etc., and can reduce the friction of rubber or resin seal members at the time of sliding motion.

Abstract
A grease composition, which comprises a mixture of mutually incompatible thickener-containing non-fluorine-based base oil and thickener-containing fluorine-based base oil, the base oils being in a morphological structure, where one of the base oils is homogeneously dispersed in a particulate state in the other base oil, can be produced by kneading the mixture through a three-roll mill at least twice. By forming a morphological structure, one of the mutually incompatible non-fluorine-based base oil and fluorine-based base oil is homogeneously dispersed in a particulate state in the other base oil, that is, by forming a microscopically dispersed state, the following effects can be obtained: (1) less oil separation (smaller degree of oil separation) at elevated temperatures, (2) distinguished shearing stability, (3) low and stable friction coefficient, and (4) less abrasion.

Abstract
A grease composition, which comprises a base oil selected from at least one of synthetic hydrocarbon oil, ester-based synthetic oil, and ether-based synthetic oil; a thickening agent selected from at least one of lithium-based soap, lithium-based complex soap, and a urea-based compound; polytetrafluoroethylene resin powders having a number average molecular weight Mn of 20,000-100,000; and zinc dialkyldithiophosphate having straight or branched alkyl groups of at least 3 carbon atoms, preferably 5-13 carbon atoms, and more preferably 8-12 carbon atoms, has not only a distinguished lubricability, when applied to plastic members, but also a distinguished durability as given by change in friction coefficient and wear loss, after the sliding test.
