Abstract

A high-voltage connection system is described. The HV connection system includes a HV plug-connector and a HV socket-connector. The HV plug-connector is installed in an electrical HV unit to form an electrical connection between a second portion of a conductive core of the HV plug-connector and the electrical HV unit in a way that a plug extends outwards of the electrical HV unit. A HV cable with a cable lug is inserted in the HV socket-connector. One opening of the HV socket-connector is plugged on the plug of the HV plug-connector to align the conductive core with a center line of a second channel. An electric connection is created between the cable lug and the conductive core.

Abstract

The core of the invention relates to a winding material spool, comprising two drum discs F1 ', F1 " located at the ends and having the same diameter, wherein a cylindrical drum core TK, onto which the cargo or stranding products can be wound, is present between said discs. The winding material spool can be rotatably driven by an external rotary drive – preferably as a friction wheel drive by way of rollers A1 - wherein the rotary drive is equipped with a sensor unit that indicates a mass imbalance during loading and unloading in case an imbalance occurs during rotation. Inside the drum core TK, containers WT or chambers are provided for receiving at least one additional weight, with which an imbalance can be compensated for. The signaling coupled to the rotary drive supplies information about the extent of the imbalance (required mass of a balancing or additional weight) and about the position of the nonsymmetry such that it immediately becomes obvious which container WT has to be loaded with additional weight or unloaded.

Abstract

At least one winding drum is mounted on a horizontal flat surface De, wherein a winding drum T1... T5 comprises two drum discs F1'... F3" which have the same size and between which a cylindrical drum core TK is provided, onto which the item can be wound. The invention is further characterized in that the winding drums T1... T5 are located in a position in which the axes A of the winding drums T1... T5 are parallel to the flat surface De and the axes A are arranged in a straight line one behind the other, - a drive device A1, A2 for at least one winding drum T1... T5 in order to set it into synchronous motion about the axis thereof, - and a device for loading at least one winding drum T1... T5 with the item. The winding drum according to the invention is characterized in that at least one drum disc has a threading window EF1'... EF2" for the item. Each threading window EF1'... EF2" is provided with an insert EE1'... EE2", with which an opening formed by the threading window in the wheel rim RX1'... RK3" of the drum disc F1'... F3" can be bridged.

Abstract

The invention relates to a container for screening magnetic fields of low frequency, wherein the container may be provided in particular for accommodating electrical apparatuses or component parts. The invention proposes a container which comprises at least one inner container consisting of insulating material and an outer container consisting of insulating material. The space between the inner container and the outer container is filled with a ferromagnetic material layer having a high magnetic permeability, and the outer container is supported with respect to the inner container(s) by spacer elements. Preferably, the container is tubular, in particular cylindrical. Particularly strong sources of magnetic fields having a low frequency are electrical cables and lines. The invention therefore also proposes a use for laying electrical supply lines, preferably medium-voltage and high-voltage cables.

Abstract

The invention proposes an arrangement for serving at least the cable cores (12) of a medium-voltage or high-voltage cable. The arrangement comprises a cable core serving (20) in the form of a flat structure, which is laid around the cable on a section of the cable (10) and in which an overlapping region is formed parallel to the longitudinal extent (11) of the cable (10). The serving contains strips (22) consisting of soft-magnetic material, which strips are arranged transversely with respect to the longitudinal extent (11) and which strips (22) are layered at least into two layers (24', 24') such that the strips (22) in a first layer (24', 24') lie on gaps in the material strips (22) of a second layer (24').
