Abstract
The present invention includes a roller brush provided in a frame main body. The roller brush includes a rigid shaft, a pair of guide rollers, which are arranged concentrically with a shaft center line of the rigid shaft, and are mounted to shaft ends of the rigid shaft, and a cleaning brush cloth including cut piles raised from a cloth front surface of a foundation cloth. The cleaning brush cloth is helically wound around a shaft outer-peripheral surface of the rigid shaft with a cloth back surface of the foundation cloth being in contact with the shaft outer-peripheral surface, and is fixed to the rigid shaft.

Abstract
The objective of the present invention is to provide a manual cleaning tool with which it is possible to suppress plastic deformation (permanent deformation) such as bending when a roller brush body is being removed. The manual cleaning tool of the present invention is provided with a roller brush body 7 arranged in a frame main body 15. The roller brush body 7 is provided with: a rigid shaft 46; a pair of guide rollers 47, 48 which are disposed concentrically with an axial centerline G of the rigid shaft 46 and which are attached to shaft end 46A, 46B sides of the rigid shaft 46; and a cleaning brush fabric 49 formed from cut pile 52 which stands upright from a fabric surface 51A of a base fabric 51. The cleaning brush fabric 49 is attached to the rigid shaft by being wound in a helical shape onto a shaft outer circumferential surface 46C of the rigid shaft 46 from a fabric rear surface 51B of the base fabric 51. The roller brush body 7 is detachable from the frame main body 15 in a state in which the rigid shaft 46 is elastically deformed, and the shaft end 46A, 46B sides of the rigid shaft 46 are axially supported with freedom to rotate in the frame main body 15.

Abstract
Provided is a brush manufacturing method with which damage to carbon fibers such as bending and breaking can be suppressed (reduced) in a plurality of brush bristles composed of carbon fiber bundles of carbon fibers. In a film layer formation step (ST02), a soft resin PA is applied to both brush surfaces BA, BB of a brush sheet B1 to form cushion film layers 3, 4 closer to chain stich parts 2 on the brush surfaces BA, BB of the brush sheet B1. In a die setting step (ST03), an upper die 6 and a lower die 7 are pressed on film layer sections 3B, 4B of the cushion film layers 3, 4, remaining after excluding film layer sections 3A, 4A thereof that are closer to the chain stich parts 2, thereby setting the brush sheet B1 in a die 5. In a base molding step (ST04), a synthetic resin PB is filled more towards the sheet ends BX, BY of the brush sheet B1 than the film layer sections 3B, 4B, and as a result, a base 25 is molded. In a cutting step (ST05), the brush sheet B1 on which the base 25 was molded is cut and divided into a plurality of brushes X.

Abstract
To provide a compact manual cleaning instrument with which it is simple to collect and discharge dust, with which it is possible to clean in tight spaces, which is silent, and which is comfortable to use. A dust trapping body 3 is brought into contact with a surface to be cleaned, and the manual cleaning instrument 1 is moved back and forth, whereby dust can be trapped and collected in a dust collection chamber 37. The dust which has been collected can be discharged by opening a lid 28.
