Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention are a coil-strip-shaped automatic-magnetic-attraction free-stretching data cable in a horizontal direction, and a preparation method therefor and the application thereof. The data cable sequentially comprises, from inside to outside, an innermost flexible covered object, an intermediate flexible permanent-magnet magnetic cladding layer and an outermost flexible sheath layer, which are tightly connected. The preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: step A, performing extrusion molding; and step B, first, performing magnetization in a 180-degree constant magnetic field orientation in a north-south direction, so as to form a preliminary coil-strip-shaped structure in a horizontal direction, and then performing magnetization again to form a coil-strip-shaped automatic-magnetic-attraction free-stretching data cable in the horizontal direction. The present application is aimed at solving the problem in the prior art of insufficient automatic coiling and magnetic attraction of a data cable. By means of improving a magnetization mode, the present application makes a magnetization operation safe and reliable, and is environmentally friendly, human-health-friendly, easily implementable and mass-production-ready. The present application enables fuller utilization of the magnetic properties of a samarium-iron-nitrogen magnet, a magnetocrystalline anisotropy field of which significantly exceeds other permanent magnet materials, thereby making the data cable resistant to high temperature, corrosion and demagnetization, providing distinct advantages, and breaking through the limitation of relying on an increased magnetic layer thickness to meet attraction force requirements of the data cable.

Abstract
An automatically and vertically coiled, ribbon-shaped and freely extendable/retractable magnetic attraction data cable, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The data cable sequentially comprises, from inside to outside, a flexible coated object serving as a core, a middle flexible permanent-magnetic coating layer and an outer flexible sheath layer which are tightly bonded. The preparation method for the data cable comprises the following steps: step A, performing extrusion molding; and step B, first performing pre-magnetization to form a vertically coiled ribbon shape, orienting under a 180° constant magnetic field in the north-south direction, and finally performing full magnetization. The problem in the prior art of inadequate magnetic attraction in automatic coiling of data cables is solved, so that the magnetic properties of samarium-iron-nitrogen magnets exhibiting a magnetocrystalline anisotropy field significantly higher than that of other permanent magnet materials can be better utilized, and the magnetization mode is more user-friendly; moreover, the data cable has significant advantages in terms of temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and demagnetization resistance, and achieves the breakthrough of meeting the magnetic attraction requirements of data cables by means of magnetic layer thickening.
