Abstract
A method, a system and devices for processing of at least one substance into a dried, fragmented and fluidized end product. The at least one substance is delivered in fragmented state from a novel fragmenting device (100) to a fluidizing, drying and filtering unit (200). The at least one fragmented substance is subjected to fluidizing action from at least one set (205; 206) of novel rotary shovels while blowing a drying agent (DA), e.g. hot gas, hot air, vapour or superheated steam into a space (202) of the unit. The drying agent having passed through fluidized, fragmented substance(s) is sucked and filtered to let it exit said space at an upper end or lateral region thereof Further, the fragmented, fluidized and dried substance(s) being caused to leave (2-10) said space at a lower region thereof as said product. Humid drying agent exiting (300) the space is at least partly de-hydrated and/or heated before re-entering (207) the space (202).

Abstract
In a method and a device for making of a multi-components product material (12) there is a processing and homogenizing chamber (10') for primary particle components (4; 5; 6), the chamber having at least two sets (13; 14; 13'; 14') of rotary shovels caused to rotate in parallel in a mutually counter-rotating, homogenizing mode; inlet(s) (9; 9') into the chamber (10') for at least one secondary component (7; 7') in a fluid state and/or fine particulate material state and which is to interact with the primary components (4; 5; 6) while they are moved around in the processing chamber (10') by sets of the rotary shovels, and an outlet (42; 43) in a bottom region (40; 41) of the chamber (10') to allow the primary and secondary components to leave the chamber as the multi-component product material (12). At least some of the primary components (4; 5; 6) may be pre-heated before entering the chamber (10') and/or at least one heating agent is entered into to the processing chamber (10') to heat at least partly the primary components (4: 5; 6). The shovels (15 -19; 20 -24) of each set (13; 14; 13'; 14') extend radially from a respective surface of a common rotary shaft (25 –26). Each shovel (29) present upon rotation a convex surface (30) to face the primary component(s) (4: 5; 6) to be homogenized, and is at an radially outer region (31) is forwardly with a forward face (32) forming an angle with sad convex surface, and wherein an aerodynamic member (33) extends rearwards from a rear concave side (34) of the shovel, transversely of a radial direction of the shovel. A lateral wing member (37) may be placed on the shovel.
