Abstract

A preparation method comprises: preparing a green body using green body powder; applying an overglaze on the surface of the green body; ink-jet printing a pattern on the surface of green body; applying a protective glaze on the surface of the green body; applying an anti-counterfeiting material on the surface of the green body; firing the green body, titanite and high-refractive-index oxide being wetted and wrapped by a molten liquid produced by melting a low-temperature glaze powder in a firing environment, and sunken into the protective glaze without generating opacification; and then polishing to obtain a ceramic plate having an anti-counterfeiting visual effect. The anti-counterfeiting visual effect is a visual effect in which a high-intensity refraction effect is achieved when the sight line direction is consistent with the path of reflected light, but no refraction effect is achieved when the sight line direction deviates from the path.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a ceramic slate with a colored jade effect and a preparation method comprising: pressing and forming raw materials containing a ceramic base material and colored glass fragments to obtain a ceramic green body; drying and firing the ceramic green body to give a ceramic slate with colored jade effect particles dispersed on the surface of the green body; wherein, the colored glass fragments account for 3 wt % to 5 wt % of the ceramic base material. Since colored glass waste instead of frits and pigments is used to prepare the ceramic slate with the colored jade effect, the ceramic slate does not have the phenomenon of pigment dispersion after high-temperature firing, and the surface of the fired ceramic slate shows a shape of micro-protrusion, so that the polished tile surface is smoother and free from pits, resulting in a better tile surface effect.

Abstract

A ceramic slab that has a colored jade effect and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compressing a raw material comprising a ceramic base material and colored glass particles to obtain a ceramic green body; drying and firing the ceramic green body so as to form a ceramic slab which has colored jade effect particles dispersed on the surface of the green body, wherein the colored glass particles account for 3-5wt% the ceramic base material. Colored glass waste is used to replace frit and colorant to prepare a ceramic slab which has a colored jade effect. Pigment dispersion does not occur in the ceramic slab after high-temperature firing, and the surface of the fired slab is slightly convex. After polishing, the slab surface is flatter with no pits, which gives the slab surface a better appearance. The present invention greatly reduces costs and turns waste into treasure, thereby replacing expensive frit to prepare ceramic products which have better effects.

Abstract

A dry granular ceramic tile from a wet slurry spraying process and a preparation method thereof, comprises: applying an overglaze on a green body, applying a pattern by ink-jet printing, applying a dry granular glaze by bell-shaped spraying, and sintering to obtain ceramic tiles. The dry granular glaze contains: by mass percentage, dry granular frit A: 15%, dry granular frit B: 12% to 15%, dry granular frit C: 13% to 17%. The softening temperature of the dry granular frit A is 1135° C. to 1175° C., 980° C. to 1050° C. for the dry granular frit B, and 1020° C. to 1127° C. for the dry granular frit C. The dry granular frits used in the present invention adopts a combination of dry granular frits with three different melting points, and using such a matching method, it is convenient for the effective adjustment of the brick shape and the firing temperature during production.

Abstract

Hard wear-resistant polished glazed ceramic tile and preparation method therefor The preparation method comprises the following steps: step (1), pressing powder to form a green body and then drying to form a green tile; step (2), applying ground coat enamel on a surface of the green tile; step (3), ink-jet printing a pattern on the green tile surface having the ground coat enamel, and applying isolation enamel; step (4), applying a polished glazed finish on the green tile surface having the isolation enamel; step (5), drying, firing, and polishing the green tile having the polished glazed finish, thereby acquiring a hard wear-resistant polished glazed ceramic tile, wherein the phase composition of the polished glazed finish comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of corundum, 20-30% of hyalophane, 0.5-1% of hematite, and 50-68% of amorphous phase. The adjusted formula of the polished glazed finish and the enamel application method improves wear-resistance of the polished glazed finish.

Abstract

A dry granule ceramic tile from wet-method slurry spraying processing and a preparation method therefor, comprising: after applying a surface glaze and printing pattern on a green body, spraying a dry granule glaze, and then firing to obtain a ceramic tile; the dry granule glaze comprises the following by mass percentage: dry granule A: 15%, dry granule B: 12%-15%, and dry granule C: 13%-17%; the softening temperature of the dry granule A is 1135°C-1175°C, the softening temperature of the dry granule B is 980°C-1050°C, and the softening temperature of the dry granule C is 1020°C-1127°C. The used frit dry granules employ a combination of three dry granules having different melting points. By employing the described combination means, the effective adjustment of tile shape and firing temperature during production is facilitated.

Abstract

Disclosed are a low-shrinkage, high-strength, and large ceramic plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a ceramic raw material powder; (2) subjecting an acicular wollastonite to surface coating with a silane coupling agent and to pre-dispersion with a fumed silica to obtain a pre-treated acicular wollastonite; and (3) thoroughly mixing the ceramic raw material powder and the pre-treated acicular wollastonite and granulating the resulting mixture, the amount of the pre-treated acicular wollastonite added being 10 wt % to 30 wt % of the ceramic raw material powder, and subjecting the resulting granules to dry pressing and sintering to obtain the large ceramic plate. The acicular wollastonite is incorporated into the manufacturing of the large ceramic plate to take full advantage of the reinforcing effect and low sintering shrinkage characteristics of the acicular wollastonite. The invention reduces sintering shrinkage and increases product strength.
