Abstract

A plant (1) is described for the treatment of waste containing a carbonaceous matrix comprising at least: a treatment station (3) which is configured to receive as input a carbonaceous matrix to be processed and to thermochemically decompose said carbonaceous matrix into a plurality of products in the gaseous, liquid and/or solid state; and a feeding station (5), which is arranged upstream of the treatment station (3) and is adapted to conveying the carbonaceous matrix to be processed to the treatment station (3); the plant (1) enables large quantities of synthesis gas with high calorific value or large quantities of pyrolysis oil or biofuels to be obtained from waste materials or waste containing a carbonaceous matrix, depending on the calibration of the plant (1 ) itself.
