Abstract

Abstract
Method of determining a Trac score representing an individual's future employment behavior using past and present employment behavior that are unrelated to skills and job match within a job and across multiple jobs of an individual when combined with public and available external records. A method employing a Trac score calculation system comprises at least one processor to execute computer program instructions for obtaining one or more ratings from one or more users through one or more user devices connected to the Trac score calculation system that assigns the credibility to the ratings. Abstract
A method and a multi-directional attribute matching system (MAMS) determining a degree of match between item profiles with respective attributes possessed (AP) and respective attributes needed (AN) of varying credibility and varying importance are provided. The MAMS computes a raw score and an attribute match score for each side using match formulae and computes a final score of the multi-directional match between the item profiles.

Abstract
A method and an opportunity matching system (OMS) for determining a degree of match between opportunity seeker profiles with opportunity seeker skills of varying credibility and opportunity descriptions with opportunity description skills of varying importance are provided. The OMS receives a first skill list including the opportunity seeker skills and a second skill list including the opportunity description skills from a skill list database and creates a unique skill list including unique opportunity seeker skills, a merged skill amount measure corresponding to each unique opportunity seeker skill, and a merged credibility measure indicating credibility of the merged skill amount measure by performing merging actions on first tuples in the first skill list. The OMS generates an opportunity match score by processing a skill match score generated for each opportunity description skill in a matched skill list created by matching the unique opportunity seeker skills with the opportunity description skills.
