Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention is a natural rubber collection robot, comprising: a locomotion assembly which is provided with a guide rail; a housing, the locomotion assembly driving the housing to move along the guide rail; a first driving mechanism; a second driving mechanism; and a cutter seat which is movably connected to the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism, the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism driving the cutter seat to reciprocatingly swing left and right and to reciprocatingly move forward and backward, wherein the cutter seat is provided with a blade, the blade extends out of the housing, and a movement trajectory of the blade comprises an end-to-end connected cutting trajectory and a blade retraction trajectory. According to the natural rubber collection robot of the present invention, the blade reciprocatingly swings left and right and reciprocatingly moves forward and backward along with the cutter seat, and the blade does not roll up strip-shaped latex solidified in an old rubber-guiding groove, so that the strip-shaped latex is prevented from wrapping around the blade to cause damage to the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism. Also disclosed in the present invention is a rubber tapping method of the natural rubber collection robot. The present invention can be applied to the field of natural rubber tapping.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a rubber tapping and latex collecting control method and system, a front end, and a server. The system comprises: master control modules, sub-devices, a collection pipeline, a front end, and a server; each rubber operation area is provided with a master control module and a plurality of sub-devices connected to the master control module by means of wired communication buses; the sub-devices are mounted on rubber trees and used for executing rubber operation; the server is separately connected to the front end and the plurality of master control modules by means of a network protocol; and intelligent latex bottles of the plurality of sub-devices are connected to the collection pipeline. In the present invention, execution of the rubber tapping operation and the latex collecting operation of sub-devices in one or more rubber operation areas can be directly monitored and managed by a front end, and the control of a plurality of sub-devices in a same rubber operation area is achieved by means of master control modules. According to the present invention, a high degree of automation is achieved, and there is no need to manually perform the rubber operation, thereby effectively improving rubber operation efficiency while reducing labor costs. The present application is applied to the technical fields such as rubber operation and Internet of things control.
