Abstract

A differential pressure stabilization apparatus and control method for a gas-phase polyethylene solid catalyst feeder. The differential pressure stabilization apparatus comprises: a differential pressure measurement unit, a high-pressure side of which is connected to a solid catalyst feeding storage tank (14), a low-pressure side of which is connected to a reactor, and which is configured to measure a differential pressure between the solid catalyst feeding storage tank (14) and the reactor; a regulation unit, which is configured to regulate the flow rate of nitrogen that is input into or output from the solid catalyst feeding storage tank (14); a control unit, which is configured to receive a differential pressure signal collected by the differential pressure measurement unit, and control, when the differential pressure between the solid catalyst feeding storage tank (14) and the reactor deviates from a set value range, the regulation unit to regulate the flow rate of nitrogen; and a discharge treatment unit, which is connected to the solid catalyst feeding storage tank (14) by means of a nitrogen outlet channel, wherein a dust removal filter element (8) is provided on an outlet side of the discharge treatment unit, and is configured to purify nitrogen that contains catalyst particles and is discharged from the outlet side of the discharge treatment unit.

Abstract

A force transmission structure for enhancing the operational stability of a high-pressure safety valve, and a safety valve, relating to the field of safety valve structures. The force transmission structure comprises a disc holder (3), a valve disc (4), a guide sleeve (6), and a steel ball (7), wherein the guide sleeve is provided with a limiting through hole; one end of the disc holder is mounted in the limiting through hole, the disc holder is slidably connected to the guide sleeve in the axial direction of the limiting through hole, and the other end of the disc holder is provided with a first mounting groove; the valve disc is mounted in the first mounting groove, and a second mounting groove is provided in the middle of the end face of the valve disc facing the bottom of the first mounting groove; and the steel ball is mounted between the disc holder and the valve disc, the steel ball being in contact with the bottom of the first mounting groove and the bottom of the second mounting groove. The force transmission structure ensures the setting stability of the safety valve under high-pressure operating conditions, achieving a setting pressure deviation of ≤3% and a setting pressure stability deviation within ±1%.

The valve plate assembly can prevent the valve disc ring from falling off under high temperature or frequent opening and closing conditions, thus prolonging the service lifetime of the valve disc. Abstract

The present invention relates to a single-chip microcomputer-based control system for a diesel burner of an external combustion type thermoacoustic generator, comprising a transformer module, a single-chip microcomputer, an operational amplifier module and a relay module. According to the present invention, a linear switching strategy is designed under the control of the single-chip microcomputer, and the parameter switching between gears is gradual and linear, so that the stability of flame is ensured. According to the control system of the present invention, a flame detection device is designed; and when the flame is detected to be extinguished, a protection program is immediately started, an oil pump is closed, an air blower is started for air purging to blow out residual atomized fuel oil in the burner, thereby ensuring the safety of the next ignition, and preventing deflagration. The control system of the present invention does not need to independently and manually operate the start and stop of air and oil, thereby improving the automatic control level of the burner.

Abstract

Disclosed are a valve core connection structure and a valve core assembly. The valve core connection structure is used to connect a valve rod and a valve head. A side of the valve core connection structure close to the valve rod presses a valve rod annular step of the valve rod along an axial direction, and a side of the valve core connection structure close to the valve head presses a specially-shaped concave-convex connection structure of the valve head along a lateral direction. The valve core connection structure provided by the present application is used in scenarios such as a medium containing solids, a flow-rate being high, high scrubbing conditions being present, and the valve rod being made of metal and the valve core being a fragile material. By means of the design of the structure, reliable connection between a metal material and a superhard material can be ensured, and the capability of the superhard material to withstand impact can be improved to a certain extent, thereby achieving an overall long service life of the valve core assembly.

The present application solves a valve fault caused by material bridging in the valve seat and the faults of the valve stem, such as sluggishness and jams, caused by particle accumulation. In addition, the throat diameter of the valve body is variable, the flow characteristics of the valve can be adjusted, and a valve core matching assembly can be disassembled and replaced.
