A roof arrangement comprising a panel arrangement attached to a frame is disclosed. The panel arrangement includes N panels slidable between a distributed position and a stacked position; and (N−1) pairs of reinforcing ribs each comprising an upper and a lower reinforcing rib. The sum of heights of the upper and lower reinforcing ribs of each pair of reinforcing ribs is the same. Each two adjacent panels extend in a different horizontal plane. Bottom sides of all lower reinforcing ribs and top sides of all upper reinforcing ribs are in a horizontal plane. By providing the frames of adjacent panels in different planes, the mutual positioning of the reinforcing ribs and the variation in length of the upper and lower reinforcing ribs in adjacent panels, it is possible to partially (or completely) slide these adjacent panels over each other without thereby increasing the height. Hence, this limits the stack height.
The invention provides a terrace canopy (1) comprising at least one structural element being a beam (3, 4) or a column (2). The structural element comprises a cavity which is open on the outside of the structural element and configured for holding a power cable for supplying power to a functional component (6) attachable to the structural element. The terrace canopy further comprises a seal for sealing the open side of the cavity, wherein said seal is elastically deformable between an open state and a sealing state, wherein the seal is able to simultaneously assume different of said states at different locations of the seal in said longitudinal direction.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION FOR A CANOPY, KIT OF PARTS FOR ASSEMBLING THE ROOF CONSTRUCTION, AND METHOD FOR PLACING A LEDSTRIP IN THE ROOF CONSTRUCTION
A roof construction for a canopy is disclosed. The roof construction is provided with two beams making an angle with each other, each having an inner side and an outer side; a corner piece positioned between the beams, which corner piece has an inner side and an outer side; and a LED strip light that extends substantially continuously over the outer side of said corner piece and over the outer side of at least a part of each of said beams. The provision of a LED strip light on the outer side of the roof construction offers an additional option for providing lighting for a canopy.
A slat roof with two substantially parallel beams with a set of parallel slats between them that are rotatably secured to the beams is disclosed. A first beam comprises a set of recesses that are open towards the topside. Each slat has at its extremities a slat shaft, wherein the first slat shaft rests in a corresponding recess. At least one recess is provided with an abutment and the slat shaft that is positioned in the recess is provided with a locking piece that at its topside at least partially abuts against the abutment. The locking piece and the abutment together ensure vertical locking of the first extremity of the slat.
A roof construction comprises a frame that has a transverse direction, a longitudinal direction, an inside and outside; a roof construction formed by a plurality of mutually parallel transverse elements positioned on the inside of the frame, wherein each transverse element has a support element and a slat, wherein the slat is rotatably attached to a corresponding support element, wherein the support elements are attached to the frame; displacement elements for shifting the support elements in the longitudinal direction between a spread out position and a stacked positions; and a plurality of cable guides that are attached between two successive transverse elements and together form a part of a cable guide for guiding a cable from the frame to at least one of the transverse elements. Thus, the electrical components are integrated into and/or attached to the transverse elements with power and the roof cover is formed of rigid elements.

Disclosed is a terrace canopy constructed from a support pillar provided with a cavity for discharging precipitation incident on the terrace canopy towards a ground surface and at least two beams, each of which provided with a gutter for discharging precipitation incident on the terrace canopy to an end face of the beam. A headboard is attached to the end face of the beams. A corner connection element is fixedly attached to the support pillar and to the headboards. The corner connection element is provided with one, or preferably, a plurality of support legs extending towards the support pillar.
Disclosed is a terrace canopy comprising a beam which is constructed from a set of profiles. The set includes a beam profile provided to serve as a beam of the terrace canopy, in which the beam profile has an upright inner side wall and a first connection means. The set also comprises two mutually different spacer profiles, each of which is attachable to the beam profile via the first connection means. Each spacer profile also has a further connection means to which a beam-finishing profile can be attached, which beam-finishing profiles also form part of the set. The spacer profile determines the distance between the outward facing surface of the beam-finishing profile and the upright wall of the beam profile. Hence, the width of the beam can be varied depending on the type of wall infill.
Disclosed is a terrace canopy, comprising a beam which a top side, a bottom side, an inner side and an outer side, and, in its cross-section, is provided with: a screen cavity and a U-shaped space at the bottom side of the beam which is located below the screen cavity and open at its bottom side. The U-shaped space is configured to hold a first profile and a second profile, different from the first profile, and is provided with: a first and a second connection means configured together to hold the first profile or the first connection means and a connection wall portion configured together to hold the second profile. By leaving the U-shaped space open at its bottom side and providing the connection means, it is possible to integrate other profiles into the beam.

Slat roof with two substantially parallel beams (13, 14) with a set of parallel slats (10) between them that are rotatably secured to the beams (13, 14). A first beam (13) comprises a set of recesses that are open towards the topside. Each slat (10) has at its extremities a slat shaft, wherein the first slat shaft (22) rests in a corresponding recess. At least one recess is provided with an abutment and the slat shaft that is positioned in the recess (21 ) is provided with a locking piece (24) that at its topside at least partially abuts against said abutment. The locking piece (24) and the abutment together ensure vertical locking of the first extremity (11) of the slat (10).
The invention provides a terrace canopy comprising a support pillar (70) extending in a substantially vertical direction; a first and a second beam (3,4) each extending in a substantially horizontal direction, wherein each beam is provided with a headboard at at least one end; and a corner element (43) positioned between and secured to the support pillar and the beams and provided with a first and a second wall portion. The headboard of the first beam is attached against the first wall portion of the corner element, and the headboard of the second beam is attached against the second wall portion of the corner element. Mutually cooperating alignment means comprising a tongue and groove are provided between each wall portion and the headboard attached thereto, the mutually cooperating alignment means being configured for aligning a beam with respect to the support pillar.
