Abstract

The invention relates to a trolley jack (1; 101; 201) comprising a main body (2; 102; 202) and a lifting element (3; 103; 303) that can be lowered and raised in order to lift a heavy object, and a lever assembly (4; 104; 204) which projects upwards along a longitudinal axis (5; 105; 205) and can be pushed manually by the user in order to move the jack (1; 101; 201). According to the invention, a lower end (4c; 104c; 204c) of the lever assembly (4; 104; 204) is hinged to the main body (2; 102; 202) along a transverse rotation axis (8; 108 208), and the lever assembly (4; 104; 204) can be lowered in relation to the transverse rotation axis (8; 108; 208) and placed against the main body (2; 102; 202). The provision of a hinged lever assembly increases the jack storage and transport possibilities.

Abstract

The invention relates to a hydraulic jack (1, 1') comprising a main body (2), a pivotably connected lift rod (3) and a hydraulic cylinder (4) connected to the main body (2) by a first pivot connection (5) and to the lift rod (3) by a second pivot connection (6). According to the invention, the hydraulic jack (1, 1') comprises a lever element (7, 7') including at least one locking area (14) which receives an element secured to the lift rod (3) and which acts as a stop, said lever element (7, 7') being pivotably connected to the first pivot connection (5). The aforementioned element secured to the lift rod (3), which acts as a stop and can be received in the at least one locking area (14), is included in the second pivot connection (6). Hence, the invention provides a mechanical interlocking system which provides optimum operation and minimises the number of components required.

Abstract

The invention relates to a hoisting device (1) provided with a hoistable element (4) and a hydraulic system (5), comprising a mechanical interlocking system including at least one locking element (7) articulated with a free end of a mobile rod (5b) of the hydraulic system (5). According to the invention, the locking element (7) comprises an inner groove (8) along which a protrusion (9) can move, said protrusion being solidly connected to a stationary part (5a) of the hydraulic system (5). The inner groove (8) is provided with at least one recess (10) which can house the protrusion (9) in order to lock the hoistable element (4) in different positions. The centre of gravity of the locking element (7) is disposed such that, in the unlocked position, an imaginary line, linking the centre of gravity with the articulation between the free end of the mobile rod (5b) and the locking element (7), forms a given angle with the vertical. The interlocking system locks automatically and is easy to use.

Abstract

Hydraulic jack (1), with a main body (12) and an articulated elevator arm (2), provided with safety mechanisms so that the load on the jack does not fall in the event of a hydraulic failure. The jack comprises a lever element (5) that rocks with respect to the main body (12), actuated by a spring (13) in a blocking direction (A) and capable of being actuated in an unblocking direction (B) by means of an actuable zone (7). The lever element (5) comprises a first curved zone (10) and a second curved zone (11) that are separated by a step (8). The elevator arm (2) comprises a rotary stop (9) designed to roll along the first curved zone (10) or the second curved zone (11) when the elevator arm (2) turns and designed to lock on the step (8) in order to block the elevator arm (2) and prevent turning thereof in a downward direction.
