Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of boiler coal feeding, in particular to a boiler coal feeding device. The boiler coal feeding device comprises a coal storage mechanism, which comprises a raw coal bin and a support assembly fixed below the raw coal bin; a distribution mechanism, which comprises a main pipe fixed below the raw coal bin, a coal collecting pipe arranged in the main pipe and a distribution pipe arranged below the coal collecting pipe, the distribution pipe being hinged to a side wall of the main pipe; and a driving and locking mechanism, which comprises a driving assembly arranged on the side wall of the main pipe and a locking assembly arranged on a side wall of the distribution mechanism. By means of mutual cooperation of the coal storage mechanism, the distribution mechanism and the driving and locking mechanism, not only can a stepladder be fixed, but damage to a distribution device can also be prevented from being caused by the impact of coal on the distribution device.

Abstract

A coal-conveying mechanism for a power plant boiler and a coal mill, the coal-conveying mechanism comprising: a conveying assembly (100), wherein the conveying assembly (100) comprises a coal storage drum (101), a coal-conveying pipe (102) is fixedly sleeved on the coal storage drum (101) at the lower end thereof, an auger rod (103) is rotatably connected to an inner wall of the coal-conveying pipe (102), a first electric motor (104) is provided on a side surface of the coal-conveying pipe (102), and a rotating shaft of the first electric motor (104) passes through the coal-conveying pipe (102) and is fixedly connected to an end of the auger rod (103); and an anti-blocking assembly (200) comprising a stirring rod (201), wherein the stirring rod (201) is rotatably connected to a side surface of the coal storage drum (101), a belt pulley (202) is fixedly sleeved on each of a side surface of the stirring rod (201) and a side surface of the rotating shaft of the first electric motor (104), and a transmission belt (203) is provided between the two belt pulleys (202). Coal is conveyed into a boiler by driving the auger rod (103) to rotate at a constant speed by means of the first electric motor (104), and the stirring rod (201) is driven to rotate together by means of cooperation of the belt pulleys (202) and the transmission belt (203). The rotation of the stirring rod (201) facilitates breaking up the coal inside the coal storage drum (101), thereby reducing the possibility of the coal condensing into blocks and blocking an outlet of the coal storage drum (101).
