The elastic mounting frame comprises a frame and a positioning structure arranged in the interior of the frame. The positioning structure is provided with a through hole. An outer edge of the first sealing member is connected to the frame, and an inner edge of the first sealing member is held between the positioning structure and the positioning support. The first sealing member seals the entire internal region of the frame except the through hole. The positioning structure, the first sealing member, and the positioning support are connected in the axial direction of the through hole. The positioning support is provided with a channel structure in communication with the through hole. The duct mounting apparatus provided in the present application can solve the problem in the prior art of poor applicability and sealing performance of purification apparatuses for ventilation ducts.
