Abstract

Disclosed is an apparatus for measuring a bio-signal. The apparatus for measuring a bio-signal, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, comprises: a patch including a plurality of regions, each region including an electrode for obtaining a bio-signal from a subject to whom the apparatus for measuring a bio-signal is attached; and a main body including modules that are respectively disposed on two or more reference regions among the plurality of regions and electrically connected to one or more of the plurality of electrodes included in the patch, wherein the modules are connected by a bridge and disposed to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance or more, and the plurality of electrodes may include a first electrode for acquiring a reference signal for the bio-signal and one or more second electrodes for acquiring one or more channel signals for the bio-signal.

Abstract

An in-ear type electronic device that measures biometric information of a user is provided. An ear-bud electronic device according to an embodiment comprises: a blood oxygen saturation measuring unit that is wrapped around and fixed to a user's earlobe and hangs on the earlobe to measure the user's blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and serves as a reference electrode during electroencephalogram measurement; an ear tip that has at least one in-ear electrode inserted into a neck portion of the user's external auditory meatus and comes into contact with the skin in the external auditory meatus; an ear wing that has an elastic wing structure, which pushes and supports the ear tip to the inside of the external auditory meatus and is inserted into and fixed to the inside of the user's auricle; and an electroencephalogram (EEG) measuring part that measures the user's EEG on the basis of a potential difference between the at least one in-ear electrode and the at least one reference electrode.
