Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for dismounting rollers (3, 4) of a roller press (1) standing on a foundation, the roller press (1) comprising at least one supporting structure (2), at least two rollers (3, 4) mounted on the supporting structure (2), and at least one pressing device (5), wherein the rollers (3, 4) are, during operation of the roller press (1), in each case rotated about an axis of rotation (6, 7), wherein in each case one axis of rotation (6, 7) extends in a longitudinal direction of the associated roller (3, 4), wherein the axes of rotation (6, 7) are oriented parallel to one another and horizontally, such that the rollers (3, 4) jointly delimit a grinding gap (8) into which the material for grinding can be introduced and then ground between the rollers (3, 4), wherein at least one of the rollers (3, 4) is in the form of a floating roller (4) which interacts with at least two pivoting devices (9, 10), wherein the floating roller (3) is, in the oppositely situated end sections thereof, mounted in each case on a mounting point (11) of a pivoting device (9, 10), wherein the at least one pressing device (5) acts, at an action point (12), on at least one of the pivoting devices (9, 10) such that the floating roller (4) can, by way of the action of the pressing device (5), be pivoted relative to the rest of the supporting structure (2) about a pivot axis (13) by way of the pivoting devices (9, 10), whereby a spacing between the axes of rotation (6, 7) of the floating roller (4) and of the other roller (3) is variable, comprising the following method steps: a) The rollers (3, 4) are detached from the supporting structure (2). b) The rollers (3, 4) are removed, wherein at least the floating roller (4) is, after being detached from the supporting structure (2), moved in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation (7) thereof relative to the supporting structure (2). To provide a method which simplifies a changeover of the rollers in relation to the prior art, the invention proposes the following method step: c) The floating roller (4) is, before the movement thereof parallel to the axis of rotation, lowered proceeding from its operating position relative to the supporting structure (2).

Abstract

The invention relates to a strong magnetic field magnetic separator for separating solid particles with different magnetic susceptibilities that are suspended in a carrier medium, having a rotor (1) with at least one ferromagnetic rotor disc (2a, 2b), an arrangement of open containers (matrix boxes) (5) at the periphery of each rotor disc (2a, 2b), wherein ferromagnetic bodies (matrix) (6) for the separating operation are arranged in the interior, at least one apparatus (10) for transferring the suspension into the matrix boxes (5), at least one apparatus (12, 14) for discharging retained particle fractions, and a statically arranged magnet system having at least one yoke (8a, 8b), wherein the limbs of each yoke (8a, 8b) bear magnetic coils (7) and the pole shoes (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) are arranged and the coil currents are directed such that two mutually opposite pole shoes (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) of different magnetic polarities are located at the height of each rotor disc (2a, 2b) at the periphery thereof. According to the invention, provision is made for the at least one yoke (8a, 8b) to consist of a) a magnetic material composed of at least 99.65% pure iron, preferably at least 99.85%, with a maximum carbon content of 0.02%, preferably at most 0.01%, or b) an iron-cobalt alloy with a cobalt content of between 15% and 50%, preferably between 15% and 20%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a jig washer (100) comprising a jig chamber (120), arranged at the lower end, and a device (110) which discharges from the jig chamber (120) the heavy matter (165) located in the jig chamber (120). According to the invention, it is proposed that the device (110) has a slide (180) with a variable position. This achieves the effect that the jig washer always operates undisturbed. This has the effect of increasing the separating performance.
