An aperture of the handle is correspondingly threaded. The threads of the fastener and/or the handle do not extend the entire length of the aperture. The aperture with the thread may further have an unthreaded counterbore. The unthreaded counterbore mates with or abuts directly against an unthreaded portion of the fastener.

Abstract
