A first reducing stage of two-stage regulators includes a first chamber that receives a high pressure breathable gas, a second chamber for the breathable gas at an intermediate pressure, and a pressure reducing valve that connects the first and the second chamber. The valve includes a valve seat with an opening for communication between the first and the second chamber, and a plug cooperating with the valve seat and movable between closed and open positions and vice versa. The plug, dynamically connected to a sensor exposed to the outer pressure, includes a transmission mechanism of the mechanical stress due to the outer pressure on the plug, which has a member that stops and starts the kinematic transmission chain according to the mechanical stress due to the outer pressure. An underwater mask includes a frame, a transparent portion supported by the frame, a seal portion mounted on the frame and adapted to be positioned on a user's face, and a ventilation tube. The seal portion has a partition wall resting on the user's nose and forming upper and lower chambers, which communicate through a passage in the partition wall and a one-way valve to enable air to flow only from the upper to the lower chamber. An underwater mask includes a frame, a transparent part, a seal part mounted on the frame, and a snorkel. The two chambers communicate through a passage in the partition wall and a one-way valve so that air can pass only from the upper chamber to the lower chamber.
