Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a seat rail for a vehicle having a lever shaft configured to be integrally combined with bracket flanges, whereby shaking of a release lever in the forward/backward and leftward/rightward directions may be reduced. When the release lever is rotated in a restoring direction thereof by an elastic force of a lever spring, lever flanges make contact with a locking mounting bracket and a restoring rotation of the release lever stops. In addition, an end portion of the lever spring may be held by and fixed to the release lever so as to improve operability of a locking pin.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat control apparatus and a control method thereof. The present invention is based on a structure in which a hall sensor is applied to a seat motor for providing an operation power of a power seat, and a seat caught situation is judged through a sensing operation of the hall sensor and a maximum current is supplied to the seat motor in the present invention. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of solving the seat caught situation by improving the operation mode of the seat control apparatus to which the soft start mode is applied.

Abstract

The present invention prevents the virtual limit setting information from being initialized by expanding the position of the virtual limit to a wider range than the conventional one when the hard stop situation occurs in the before/after section of the virtual limit. For the purpose, the present invention provides a virtual limit correction device of power seat for vehicle comprising a switch for seat operation; and a seat operation control unit for correcting the virtual limit position by moving the end position of the track by using the track end position and the compensation position as compensation regions if a hard stop situation occurs in the front/rear direction based on the initially set virtual limit point during the movement of the power seat according to the switch operation.

Abstract

A transmission control method of the present invention comprises the steps of: performing a shift operation to a predetermined level; determining a failure of the shift operation from a signal received from a first sensor which is set as a main position sensor; verifying the signal received from the first sensor and signals received from a second sensor which is set as an auxiliary position sensor; and, if the result of the verification is determined to be abnormal , setting the second sensor as the main position sensor, setting the first sensor as the auxiliary sensor, and determining again whether the shift operation is successful.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for controlling a drive wheel when the tire air pressure of a vehicle is abnormal, the method being enabled to change a four-wheel drive mode and a two-wheel drive mode during traveling, is abnormal. The drive wheel control method of the present invention includes the steps of: monitoring the air pressure of vehicle tires; checking whether four-wheel drive is operational when the tire air pressure of an auxiliary drive wheel is abnormal; deselecting four-wheel drive if the vehicle is in four-wheel drive; and setting four-wheel drive prohibition if the vehicle is not in four-wheel drive. A drive system can be prevented from being damaged due to abnormal tire air pressure if the drive wheel control method of the present invention is carried out.
