Abstract

An industrial baking pan with an interchangeable insert, comprises a perimeter frame (2) comprising a plurality of bars (3) joined together, an interchangeable insert (4) delimiting a support surface for a product to be baked and removably attachable to the perimeter frame (2), clip fasteners (5) connected or connectable to the interchangeable insert (4). Each clip fastener (5) is snap-on engaged or engageable astride one of the bars (3) of the perimeter frame (2) and a cross-section of the bar (3) has seats (8) configured to snap said clip fastener (5) in place.
