A CLOSING MEANS, A FLEXIBLE PACKAGE WITH A CLOSING MEANS, AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CLOSING MEANS
The invention relates to a closing means (10) for closing an open side of a flexible package. The closing means (10) comprises a surface material blank (14) with a first permanently adhesive surface (17) on its first longitudinal edge and a second permanently adhesive surface (17) on its second longitudinal edge. A tackifier surface (16) is provided between the permanently adhesive surfaces (17, 17). The closing means (10) also comprises two cardboard strips (11, 12) glued onto the surface material blank (14) in the longitudinal direction. The first cardboard strip (11) comprises a non-adhesive surface (15) aligned with the tackifier surface (16) in the longitudinal direction. The second cardboard strip (12) is aligned with the second permanently adhesive surface (17) in the longitudinal direction. The invention also relates to a flexible package (70) provided with a closing means (70), and a method for manufacturing the closing means (10, 70).

A FLEXIBLE PACKAGE OF FIBER MATERIAL WITH A FLAP AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The invention relates to a flexible package (10) made of fiber material and provided with a flap (11 b), wherein a first wall (11 ) and a second wall (12) are made of a fiber material having at least one heat-sealable surface and are arranged against each other to form the inner surface of the flexible package (10). The upper part of the first wall (11 ) constitutes the flap (11 b) of the flexible package, arranged to be heat sealed onto the upper part (12a) of the second wall, to constitute a heat-sealed joint closing the openable side of the flexible package (10). The flap (11 b), the upper part (12a) of the second wall of the package, and the heat-sealed joint are folded as a flap structure onto the outer surface of the second wall (12a), to be glued onto the outer surface of the second wall (12a) by means of an adhesive area (17) provided between the upper part (12a) of the second wall and the outer surface of the second wall (12). The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible package (10) made of fiber material and provided with a flap (11 b).
The invention relates to a closing means for closing an open side of a flexible package. The closing means comprises a material blank provided with two creases, an attachment surface, a re-closable closing surface, and a non-adhesive surface. The attachment surface is provided with adhesive for attaching the flexible package to the first outer wall. The attachment surface is between the first flank and the first crease of the closing means. The non-adhesive surface of the closing means is between the second crease and the second flank of the closing means, and adhesive is provided on the re-closable closing surface between the first and second creases. The closing surface whose size is either equal to or smaller than the non-adhesive surface is arranged to be removably attached, in the closed position, across the open side of the flexible package to the second outer wall of the flexible package and, in the closed position, to the non-adhesive surface of the closing means. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible package equipped with a closing means.
The invention relates to a package made of fibre material and comprising atleast a first wall (1) and a second wall (2), as well as an adhesive stripe (4)between the first wall (1) and the second wall (2). The adhesive stripe (4) constitutes a seam closing the package on that side of the package where thepackage is arranged to be opened. The paper package further comprises atleast one fibre rip stopper (3) at the edge of the adhesive stripe (4) or at adistance (d) from it in the direction of the interior of the package, the stopper(3) being arranged to delimit the point separating the first wall (1) and the second wall (2) to the edge of the adhesive stripe (4) or to a distance (d) from it inthe direction of the interior of the package when the package is opened. Theinvention also relates to a method for making a package of fibre material.
