Abstract

An environment-friendly shelling system and a sheller with multilayer modules thereof is provided, which relates to the technical field of agricultural processing devices. The sheller including a cylinder, fixed screens and rotating screens are provided in the cylinder, for each fixed screen, the fixed screen is arranged opposite to a corresponding one of the rotating screens, a shelling cavity for shelling is provided between the fixed screen and the corresponding one of the rotating screens, a mesh size of the fixed screen is greater than a mesh size of the corresponding one of the rotating screens, and a respective one of material receiving plates is coaxially provided below and co-rotated with the corresponding one of the rotating screens; feeding ports and discharging ports are provided on a side wall of the cylinder.

Abstract

A peanut shelling machine, comprising a body and a driving mechanism. The body is provided with a separation screen and scrapers; the scrapers are located above the separation screen, are inclined relative to the separation screen, and are configured to form a narrow space between the separation screen and the scrapers; the driving mechanism is installed on the body to drive the separation screen or the scrapers; and when the separation screen or scrapers move in translation, peanuts on the separation screen are driven or pushed to enter the narrow space to crush shells. In embodiments of the present invention, the translation of the scrapers or separation screen causes the peanuts moving from front to back in the body to enter the narrow space to be squeezed, and the peanut shells are then crushed and fall down from the separation screen, such that shelling of the peanuts is achieved, and peanut kernels can be continuously obtained. The machine achieves high shelling efficiency, has short length, occupies a small floor area, and will not cause excessive energy consumption or large working noise because the movement speed of the scrapers or separation screen is relatively slow.
