Abstract

Disclosed are a polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric, and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric is interwoven by warp and weft, the warp adopts dyed polyester as a covering layer and low-temperature spandex as a core-spun yarn of a core yarn, a weight ratio of the polyester to the low-temperature spandex is 4-49:1, and the polyester is subjected to alkali deweighting treatment to form an eroded surface. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric has good cotton feeling, high elasticity, high color fastness and low ironing shrinkage rate, and is suitable for making high-quality clothing, especially shirts. The manufacturing method of the yarn-dyed fabric is energy-saving and emission-reducing, and can manufacture a novel polyester yarn-dyed fabric with low ironing shrinkage rate, high color fastness and cotton-like hand feeling. Use of the yarn-dyed fabric for making clothing such as shirts increases the selectivity and functionality.

Abstract

Disclosed is a knitted fabric containing natural fibers and a making method therefor, a liquid ammonia device and a shirt made from the knitted fabric, belonging to the fields of fabrics and clothing. The making method for the knitted fabric containing natural fibers comprises forming yarns containing natural fibers into a knitted fabric by a fabric-knitting method; and performing functional finishing including a liquid ammonia finishing procedure on the knitted fabric. In the liquid ammonia finishing procedure, liquid ammonia impregnation is performed on the knitted fabric at least twice under the condition of mechanical restraint by a guide roller set, thus preventing the knitted fabric from edge curling due to strong shrinkage in the liquid ammonia impregnation process, enabling the knitted fabric to be subjected to sufficient and uniform liquid ammonia impregnation, ensuring the liquid ammonia impregnation effect and controlling the shrinkage rate of the knitted fabric; and through subsequent shaping and finishing procedures, the color stability of the knitted fabric is further improved, the shrinkage rate after washing is reduced, and the crease-resistant performance and resilience performance are improved. The shirt has a low shrinkage rate after washing, good stiffness performance, good resilience performance, color stability, high strength and good crease-resistant performance.

Abstract

A polyester imitation cotton yarn-dyed fabric, and a manufacturing method and use therefor, pertaining to the technical field of textiles. The polyester imitation cotton yarn-dyed fabric is comprised of interwoven warp yarns and weft yarns. The warp yarn is core spun yarn in which dyed polyester is used as a cladding layer and low-temperature spandex is used as core yarn, the weight ratio of the polyester and the low-temperature spandex is 4-49:1, and the polyester forms a corroded surface by means of alkali weight reduction processing. The polyester imitation cotton yarn-dyed fabric has a good cotton feel, high elasticity, high color fastness and a low degree of ironing-induced shrinkage. The yarn-dyed fabric can be used in the manufacture of high-quality garments, especially in the manufacture of shirts. The manufacturing method for the yarn-dyed fabric conserves energy and reduces emissions, and produces a novel polyester yarn-dyed fabric having a low degree of ironing-induced shrinkage, high color fastness, and a feel that imitates that of cotton. The yarn-dyed fabric can be used in the manufacture of clothing such as shirts in order to increase the selectivity and functionality thereof.

Abstract

The present application discloses a knitted fabric containing natural fibers and a making method therefor, a liquid ammonia device and a shirt made from the knitted fabric, belonging to the field of fabrics and clothing. The making method for the knitted fabric containing natural fibers comprises: using a fabric-knitting method to make yarns containing natural fibers form a knitted fabric; and performing functional finishing on the knitted fabric including a liquid ammonia finishing procedure. In the liquid ammonia finishing procedure of the present application, ammonia leaching is performed on the knitted fabric at least twice under the conditions of mechanical restraint by a guide roller set, preventing the knitted fabric from curling due to strong shrinkage during the ammonia leaching, and allowing the ammonia leaching to be fully and uniformly performed on the knitted fabric, ensuring the effect of ammonia leaching, controlling the shrinkage rate of the knitted fabric; and by means of subsequent shaping and finishing procedures, the color stability of the knitted fabric is further improved, the shrinkage rate after washing is reduced, and the anti-wrinkle performance and the resilience performance are improved. The shirt of the present application has a low shrinkage rate after washing, good stiffness, good resilience performance, stable colors, high strength, and good anti-wrinkle performance.

A natural fiber-containing suture-free shirt and a manufacturing method therefor. The natural fiber-containing suture-free shirt comprises a collar (1), front pieces (2), a rear piece (3), yokes (4), sleeves (5), a hem(7), cuffs (6), a placket (8), and a chest pocket (9). Seams, attached parts, or overseams are all connected into one body by using a polyurethane material according to a piece hot-melt bonding technology, and are made into a finished product by using three-dimensional ironing and bonding as well as cooling setting. The shirt manufacturing method does not need sewing threads and a sewing machine; the process is simple and can save resources and reduces manual work. The obtained shirt has smooth seams and a nice appearance, is soft, has a good color matching property, and provides a strong stereoscopic sensation; the added value of the shirt is increased; front sides and back sides of the seams have no difference, the non-ironing property is good, and non-ironing and wrinkle-free effects are provided.

Abstract

A garment, particularly a shirt, is made from a number of fabric portions which are sewn together, each of the portions having different performance characteristics. The front of the shirt is finished so as to be stain-resistant with a chemical water- and oil-repellent finish. To mitigate moisture accumulation on the wearer's skin, the back and sleeves are treated with an absorbency-enhancing finish, the collar and cuffs having a soil-release finish. In manufacture, the different portions are cut from differently treated sections of a mill run of fabric, the sections being processed under constant conditions so that the different sections have consistent shrinkage properties and colours.
