Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a method for processing liquid ammonia water soft cotton plus knitted fabric and a liquid ammonia mercerizing machine. The method for processing liquid ammonia water soft cotton plus knitted fabric comprises yarn selection, weaving, pretreatment, liquid ammonia treatment and post-processing. The liquid ammonia mercerizing machine comprises a reaction chamber and a steaming chamber; a liquid ammonia tank, a padder, a first drying cylinder, and a cleaning mechanism are arranged in the reaction chamber; an edge spreading roller is provided between the top discharging side of the liquid ammonia tank and the padder, and an edge spreading roller and an overfeeding roller are arranged between the padder and the first drying cylinder; the discharge side of the reaction chamber is provided with a second tension roller along the movement direction of the fabric path, and a second optical roller, a second double-spreading roller, a second drying cylinder, a third tension roller and a second double-spreading roller are arranged in the direction of the path of the fabric along the path of the fabric. By improving the steaming chamber and the reaction chamber of the liquid ammonia mercerizing machine, the present invention effectively solves the problems that the fabric is serious in hemming, serious in expansion, low in ammonia infiltration and the like, the dust accumulation on the surface of the fabric is large and the like, and the processing quality of the fabric is greatly improved.
