Abstract

A cable-storage-type photovoltaic module junction box, which comprises a housing, a switch component, a cable storage component and a photovoltaic module connecting electrode component. In the junction box in the present application, there is no reserved cable after the cable is connected, such that a power station is neat and aesthetic in appearance; the cable is not reserved outside after a photovoltaic module is connected, such that a potential safety hazard present in conventional cables is avoided, and the service life of the cable can also be greatly prolonged; the cable is properly stored, and thus the problem of a plug colliding with a backplate of the module during module production and transportation processes is avoided, such that the problem of a hidden crack caused by the module being impacted is avoided.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present application is a flue gas circulation system for improving combustion characteristics and thermal characteristics of a pulverized coal fired boiler. The flue gas circulation system comprises a plurality of circulation flue gas leading-out ports provided in a hearth outlet flue of a boiler, wherein the circulation flue gas leading-out ports are connected to a circulation flue gas leading-out main pipe by means of a circulation flue gas leading-out pipeline; the circulation flue gas leading-out main pipe is connected to a circulation flue gas leading-in main pipe; the circulation flue gas leading-in main pipe is connected to a circulation flue gas leading-in pipeline; and the circulation flue gas leading-in pipeline is connected to a hearth. Flue gas in a flue is introduced into the hearth through the circulation flue gas leading-out ports, thereby achieving flue gas circulation; and at the same time, the problems such as clinkering or overtemperature of a heating surface of a pulverized coal fired boiler of a power station, high-temperature corrosion of a water-cooled wall, burning loss of a combustor, incapability of reaching a design value of steam temperature, and high concentration of nitrogen oxides at an outlet of the hearth can be solved or ameliorated.

Abstract

The present application discloses a polyurethane-ceramic composite coating and a spraying method. The coating includes two base materials, namely, a bottom layer and a surface layer. The bottom layer is arranged on a surface of a wind power blade and is a polyurethane base material, and the surface layer is arranged on the bottom layer and is a ceramic base material. A middle layer, namely, the polyurethane-ceramic composite coating, is formed between the surface layer and the bottom layer, serves as an adhesive for the bottom layer and the surface layer and can bond the bottom layer and the surface layer more tightly. As ceramic has characteristics of being water-proof, alcohol-resistant, wear-proof, scratch-resistant and high temperature resistant, a strength of a surface coating of the wind power blade is improved, an effect on protecting the polyurethane base material of the bottom layer is achieved, and a service life of the polyurethane base material is prolonged. The polyurethane-ceramic composite paint is sprayed to the wind power blade, so a service life of the wind power blade is prolonged.

Abstract

The present invention provides a wave-absorbing heat-generating coating for melting ice on a wind turbine blade, and a preparation method therefor. By means of coating the surface of a wind turbine blade with the material, an ice layer on the surface of the wind turbine blade is removed by means of the cooperation between same and microwaves. The coating provided in the present invention uses environmentally friendly chemical components, can be sprayed on a large area of a wind turbine blade, has the advantages of a self-cleaning ability, resistance to heat and humidity, freezing resistance, etc., and does not corrode the wind turbine blade. By means of the coating of the present invention cooperating with microwaves for de-icing, microwave energy can be better absorbed and converted into heat energy to rapidly melt ice at an interface, thereby loosening an ice surface and detaching same. The coating has the advantages of strong microwave absorption, a wide frequency band, high wear resistance, strong adhesive force, good thermal stability, etc.

Abstract

This application relates to the technical field of coal-fired boilers, and provides a method and an apparatus for improving steam oxidation resistance of a small-diameter boiler tube in a coal-fired boiler. The method includes the following steps: cutting a boiler tube panel from a ceiling of the boiler, vertically hoisting and fixing the boiler tube panel, and cutting out a section from a bottom portion of a lower bend of the boiler tube panel; cleaning an inner tube wall of each tube body in the boiler tube panel; performing oxidation resistance coating sintering on the inner tube wall of each tube body in the boiler tube panel; and performing a welding repair on each tube body in a sintered boiler tube panel. All construction processes of this method can be completed in a furnace during shutdown and maintenance, production efficiency is high, and maintenance duration can be significantly reduced. In addition, a steam oxidation resistance layer can be formed on an inner wall of the small-diameter boiler tube, so that a steam oxidation resistance capability of a small-diameter boiler tube in a service coal-fired boiler can be greatly improved.

Abstract

A compressed-air energy storage system of a constant-pressure full-capacity energy-release type, includes two or more liquid-gas coexisting containers, at least one of the two or more liquid-gas coexisting containers is filled with a pressurized liquid, the rest liquid-gas coexisting containers are configured to store a high-pressure air, and the two or more liquid-gas coexisting containers are in communication with each other. When the compressed-air energy storage system of the constant-pressure full-capacity energy-release type operates in an energy storage operating condition, the high-pressure air can be directly stored in the liquid-gas coexisting container without energy conversion loss. When the compressed-air energy storage system operates in an energy release operating condition, the pressurized liquid circulates in the liquid-gas coexisting containers storing the high-pressure air, to realize a constant-pressure full-capacity release of the high-pressure air.
