The invention relates to the production of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition polymerised entirely from acrylate-based monomers in a layer thickness of about 250 μm and to the use thereof for adhesion to human skin. The adhesive films thus produced adhere reliably to human skin, have high water-vapour permeability despite the layer thickness, with the result that, for example, wound healing is promoted, and even after a relatively long wearing period can be removed from the skin again without leaving a residue and without damaging the skin.

METHOD OF PASSIVATING THE EDGES OF PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE TAPES
The present invention relates to a method of passivating the edges of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and also to adhesive tapes produced by this method and to their use for the adhesive bonding of components, films, articles and the like.
The present invention relates to pressure-sensitive adhesives which can be used many times, which make possible a detaching and a fixing of substrates with practically any amount of repetition, the use of these pressure-sensitive adhesives in order to produce removable adhesive tape, this removable adhesive tape and a method for the production of removable adhesive tape.
The present invention relates to a reactive resin mixture for adhesively bonding chip modules on card systems, the resin mixture comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, an epoxy resin and crosslinking assistants, the crosslinking assistants comprising not only polymerization catalysts but also vulcanization accelerants and vulcanization assistants. The invention further relates to a process for producing an adhesive tape which is stable on storage at room temperature, and to the use of the adhesive tape for adhesion treatment of chip modules, the adhesive tape being laminated at temperatures less than or equal to 100°C onto the chip module, which can subsequently be implanted in a chip card at temperatures greater than or equal to 150°C. As well as outstanding stability on storage, the adhesive tapes of the present invention exhibit excellent bond strength and reduced odour nuisance in processing.
The invention relates to a covering (1) for adhesive layers of adhesive products, comprising at least one surface which can be joined in a detachable manner to the adhesive surface. The surface (2) is equipped with at least one three-dimensional, raised structure (10) such that a correspondingly complementary embossed structure is formed in the adhesive layer which is joined in a detachable manner to the covering by embossing the raised structure(s) (10) in the surface of the adhesive layer. Said embossed structure forms an open channel structure in the adhesive layer. The depth of the channels formed in the adhesive layer has a maximum of 4 쎽m.
A method of producing a liner (10) for redetachably covering adhesive surfaces, more particularly for redetachably covering adhesive surfaces of adhesive tapes or adhesive sheets, comprises the following steps: providing a backing layer (1); applying one or more raised structures (3a, 3b) to at least one surface of the backing layer (1), the structure or structures (3a, 3b) being joined firmly to this surface; and covering the said surface and the structure or structures (3a, 3b) joined to it with a dehesive layer (2).
The invention relates to a cover for adhesive layers of adhesive products, comprising at least one surface which can be joined to the adhesive layer in a detachable manner. Said surface comprises at least one three-dimensional pattern which has a plurality of raised structures such that a correspondingly complementary pattern is formed in an adhesive layer which is joined to the cover by embossing the raised structures in the surface of the adhesive layer. Said surface is provided with a first pattern which comprises a plurality of raised structures (11, 12) which are formed irregularly and are irregularly distributed in the surface. Also, the surface is provided with at least one additional three-dimensional pattern which overlaps the first pattern and which comprises a plurality of raised structures (21, 22) which are regular or irregular, and which are distributed in a regular or irregular manner in the surface.
The invention relates to a cover (10) for covering adhesive surfaces in a detachable manner, in particular for adhesive surfaces of adhesive strips or adhesive films. The cover comprises a carrier layer (1) and an anti-adhesive layer (2) which is joined thereto, which is provided, on the side used for contacting the adhesive surface, one or several anti-adhesive structures (3) which are joined in a detachable manner to the anti-adhesive layer (2).
The invention relates to a method for producing thermally hardenable adhesives, especially a bifunctional adhesive system, characterised by the thermal solvent polymerisation of a monomer mixture comprising between 10 and 50 wt. % of ethylhexyl acrylate, between 1 and 10 wt. % of hydroxyethyl acrylate, between 1 and 30 wt. % of isobornylacrylate, between 5 and 30 wt. % of glycidylmethacrylate, and between 10 and 20 wt. % of hexylacrylate, using an initiator, and adding a catalyst/hardener system to the polymerisation product. The invention also relates to adhesives that can be produced using said method, and to the use thereof for producing adhesive strips and/or joint connections.
The invention relates to a structural adhesive with increased elasticity, consisting of at least 30 wt. % of glycidyl(meth)acrylate and monomers comprising H acid groups, the ratio of glycidyl(meth)acrylate to H acid groups being between 5:1 and 10:1. The invention also relates to a method for producing strip-type structural adhesives and to the use thereof.
