Abstract

A combined three-wire cold-drawing machine. A proximity switch A (3) is mounted on one side of the surface of a housing (1), three extension frames (4) are provided, the extension frames (4) are mounted on one side of a surface of the housing (1), an electric push rod (10) is mounted at the bottom end of an inner wall of the extension frame (4), a folding rod (8) is welded to one side of a surface of the electric push rod (10), an iron block (9) is fixedly connected to one side of a surface of the folding rod (8), an electromagnet (7) is mounted on the inner wall of the extension frame (4), a lengthening bin (11) is mounted on the surface of the housing (1), three pulling blocks (13) are provided, the pulling blocks (13) are mounted on an inner wall of the lengthening bin (11), three feeding bins (15) are provided, and the feeding bins (15) are mounted on one side of a surface of the lengthening bin (11). According to the combined three-wire cold-drawing machine, the three extension frames are used for supporting and moving a pipe drawn out by the cold-drawing machine, so that the pipe is prevented from falling due to the weight of the pipe and as such bending a product; and feeding is synchronously and automatically conducted by means of the three feeding bins, so that labour consumption is reduced, and the automation degree of the whole machine is higher.

Abstract

A high-precision fully automatic three-strand cold drawing machine, comprising a base plate (1), wherein supporting rods (2) are fixedly connected to the upper end of the base plate; sliding rails (3) are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the supporting rods; a mounting rod (7) is fixedly connected between the sliding rails; an air pump (12) is mounted on the mounting rod (7); a pipe body (13) is mounted on the air pump; and a fastening strip (14) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the pipe body. In the high-precision fully automatic three-strand cold drawing machine, a drawing trolley is driven in a pneumatic manner to operate; and the vibration damping performance of vibration damping rods is improved by means of compression and resetting of a spring.
