A modular clamp for storing a spear gun or other items on a marine vessel comprising a fixed clamp arm and a pivoting movable clamp arm, wherein the fixed clamp arm and the pivoting movable clamp arm define an openable clamp releasably receiving one or more items. A support block extends from the rear of the fixed clamp arm and a pressure spring is disposed between an outside wall of the pivoting movable clamp arm and the support block. The pivoting movable clamp arm pivots with respect to the fixed clamp arm and the pressure spring provides for resilient closure of the clamp. A strap is provided to lock the clamp closed.
F16L 3/08 - Supports for pipes, cables or protective tubing, e.g. hangers, holders, clamps, cleats, clips, brackets substantially surrounding the pipe, cable or protective tubing
F16L 3/12 - Supports for pipes, cables or protective tubing, e.g. hangers, holders, clamps, cleats, clips, brackets substantially surrounding the pipe, cable or protective tubing comprising a member substantially surrounding the pipe, cable or protective tubing
F16M 13/02 - Other supports for positioning apparatus or articlesMeans for steadying hand-held apparatus or articles for supporting on, or attaching to, an object, e.g. tree, gate, window-frame, cycle

Modular item holder with V-support and finger anchor block
A modular V-support holder including a rigid holder arm and strap, wherein the rigid holder arm and the strap are configured to releasably retain one or more items therein. The holder is attachable to a track mount and the track mount is slidingly received in a mounting track such that the clamp is moveable and adjustable with respect to the mounting track. The rigid holder arm includes a strap post configured to receive a distal end of the strap. The strap is flexible to conform to the one or more items retained in the holder. The track mount is a flexible finger anchor block constructed to be manually deformed and inserted in the track. The mounting protrusion is inserted into a receiving recess of the flexible finger anchor block and the holder is rotated substantially 90° to secure the mounting protrusion and holder into the flexible finger anchor block.
E04G 3/00 - Scaffolds essentially supported by building constructions, e.g. adjustable in height
F16M 13/02 - Other supports for positioning apparatus or articlesMeans for steadying hand-held apparatus or articles for supporting on, or attaching to, an object, e.g. tree, gate, window-frame, cycle
A below grade trench drain system and a method for making the trench drain system is disclosed which does not rely on the contractor's prowess to dig a trench with a proper slope. The trench drain system, in accordance with the present invention, includes a plurality of modular trench sections formed with a uniform exterior height and an interior fluid channel formed with a pre-sloped floor. As such, the trench drain system, in accordance with the present invention, can be installed in a level trench, which greatly simplifies installation by the contractor and ensures that the trench drain will be installed with the proper slope. The modular trench sections can be coupled together forming a trench drain with a continuous slope or alternatively coupled with modular trench sections with no slope to form a stepped slope. The configuration of the modular trench sections allows the modular trench sections to form a trench drain system sloped in different directions to enable connections to the common drain in the center as well at both ends. As such, the trench drain system provides more configurations for connections to the common drain system thus improving the flexibility of the system and at the same time provide a trench drain system which does not depend on the installation prowess of the installation contractor.
