Abstract
A gas diffusion layer, a preparation method therefor, a membrane electrode assembly and a fuel cell. The gas diffusion layer comprises gas diffusion layer substrates (41, 42) and a microporous layer slurry coated on the gas diffusion layer substrates (41, 42). An additive that contains catechol or contains a catechol structure compound is specifically added into the microporous layer slurry, and the additive is specifically dopamine hydrochloride.

Abstract
A high-throughput carbon paper for a fuel cell. The carbon fiber paper has a thickness of 0.12 to 0.2 mm, a volume density of 0.25 to 0.40 g/cm 3, a porosity of 78 to 85%, and a permeability ≥ 2200 ml · mm (cm 2 · hr · mmyq); the surface resistivity is ≤ 100 m Ω · cm; and the thermal conductivity is ≥ 1.5 W (m · K). The carbon paper is prepared by stacking two to six layers of carbon fiber prepreg paper sheets layer by layer, performing continuous overall perforation, and then carrying out high-temperature treatment. A water-gas rapid channel is formed in the thickness direction of the carbon paper on the basis of dry method of paper making combined with a regular perforation design, facilitating high-throughput airflow channels, while retaining the lateral diffusion ability of water vapor in irregular pore channels.

Abstract
A preparation method for ultrathin carbon fiber paper, comprising the following steps: step S1, using a carbon nanomaterial micro-powder, a carbon fiber, and a resin powder for ingredient preparation to obtain ingredients of carbon fiber paper; step S2, preparing a carbon fiber paper blank on the basis of the ingredients of the carbon fiber paper in combination with dry spraying and hot pressing processes; and step S3, performing high-temperature heat treatment on the carbon fiber paper blank to prepare ultrathin carbon fiber paper. The use of a nano modified resin powder mode facilitates the mixing uniformity of a nano material and a carbon fiber, and the thickness of the prepared carbon fiber paper is 0.02-0.12 mm. Also disclosed are corresponding ultrathin carbon fiber paper and a preparation device therefor, and a preparation process and device for a corresponding carbon fiber paper blank.
