Abstract

A screen printing manufacturing method for a patterned thermal insulation panel applicable in the outer wall of a building. The patterned thermal insulation panel comprises: a metal decorative layer, a substrate, and a thermal insulation layer arranged between the metal decorative layer and the substrate. The method comprises a step of screen printing of a metal decorative panel, where a flattening apparatus is arranged at the bottom part of a printing platform on which a to-be-printed metal decorative panel is placed, and the surface of the metal decorative panel is flattened prior to screen printing. The flattening apparatus allows a scraper to perform ink transfer under the effect of a uniform force, thus reducing the difficulty of printing.

Abstract

A roller coating manufacturing method for a patterned thermal insulation panel applicable in the outer wall of a building. A pattern is printed on a manufactured metal decorative panel and then a thermal insulation layer is mounted between the metal decorative panel and a substrate to form the patterned thermal insulation panel. The roller diameter and process speed of each roller in a roller coating unit are inputted into a PLC control module. A theoretical roller surface linear speed for each roller is calculated on the basis of the process speed and the roller diameter of each roller. A server control module having an encoder is used to control the actual roller surface linear speed to be in consistence with the theoretical roller surface linear speed. Also, the distance of color misalignment is determined via a secret code identification module to correct the process speed. This solves the problem of inconsistency between the roller surface linear speed and the process speed in a printing process of a gravure press.

Provided is an advanced method for producing a roller-coated color steel plate with multiple colors and patterns. In one aspect, a PLC control module in a servo control system calculates a theoretical roller surface linear speed of each roller in a roller-coating unit by collecting the process speed and the rotation speed of each roller in the roller-coating unit, and makes the theoretical roller surface linear speed consistent with the process rotation speed; in another aspect, a servo control module with an encoder collects an actual roller surface linear speed of each roller in the roller-coating unit, and inputs an actual roller surface linear speed signal into a PLC control system, so that the PLC control system can compare the actual roller surface linear speed with the theoretical roller surface linear speed, and adjust the current frequency, till the actual roller surface linear speed is consistent with the theoretical roller surface linear speed. The control method ensures that the actual roller surface linear speed is consistent with the process rotation speed, so that it is not required to halt the production for adjustment in the production process, thereby improving the production efficiency.
