A loose fiber dyeing process and a matching dyeing processing system. The loose fiber dyeing process comprises: S1, separating cotton; S2, immersing same in a liquid; S3, pressing the cotton; S4, washing the cotton multiple times; S5, drying same; and S6, loosing the material. By means of repeating operations of reciprocal pressing and dip-dyeing on the loose fiber cotton during dip-dyeing, the present dyeing process can effectively improve the coloring effect and the uniformity of the coloring of the loose fiber, and effectively improve the dyeing quality and effect; the structure of the whole dyeing system is more rational and effective in structure design relative to the traditional dyeing system, such that the whole dyeing process is quickly carried out; and the dyed loose fiber cotton can facilitate spinning use in a later stage after being dried and loosed, and the effective utilization rate of the loose fiber cotton in a later period is improved.

WATERLESS DYEING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR VISCOSE FIBER
The present invention relates to the technical field of fiber dyeing, and in particular to an environmentally friendly waterless dyeing method and a fitting dyeing system, especially a waterless dyeing method and system for a viscose fiber. The method comprises the steps of: 1-1, loading a viscose fiber; 1-2, dyeing the viscose fiber; 1-3, performing primary dyeing and over dyeing; 1-4, adjusting the pressure and dyeing; 1-5, repeating the primary dyeing and over dyeing step to realize enhanced over dyeing to obtain a final solid dyeing viscose fiber; and 1-6, controlling the waterless dyeing system for the viscose fiber to unload the solid dyeing viscose fiber. According to the present invention, during waterless dyeing, a carbon dioxide fluid in a supercritical state cooperates with the dye for dyeing, which can effectively ensure that the dye is fully immersed into the fiber during dyeing, and improve the dyeing effect.
