Abstract

A pipeline attached sheet fixing device. The device comprises a first support frame, a second support frame, a pipeline, a mounting table, a first mounting column, a second mounting column, a mounting plate, a mounting frame, a pressing wheel, a material loading roller and a hot air gun, wherein one end of the pipeline is provided with a bell end; the pipeline is horizontally placed on the first support frame and the second support frame; two first holding wheels are mounted on the first support frame, and two second holding wheels are mounted on the second support frame; the two second holding wheels hold the bell end of the pipeline, and the two first holding wheels hold a non-bell end of the pipeline; the mounting table is mounted on the second support frame; the first mounting column and the second mounting column are mounted on the mounting table; and the first mounting column is connected to the mounting plate. According to the pipeline attached sheet fixing device, the pressing wheel cooperates with the hot air gun, such that a hot-meltable attached sheet can be effectively stuck to an inner wall of the bell end of the pipeline, thereby achieving firm fixation thereof and facilitating pipeline connection.

Abstract

A plastic pipe for convenient connection, comprising a pipe main body (1), a socket (10), a connecting ring, and conductive metal pieces (3), the socket being disposed at one end of the pipe main body, a connecting ring being fixed on the inner wall of the socket, the connecting ring being enclosed by an elongated attachment piece (2), the attachment piece being composed of a plastic piece (21) and a conductive heating piece (22), the conductive heating piece being embedded inside the plastic piece, a conductive metal piece (3) being fixed to both the head and tail ends of the attachment piece, the conductive metal pieces being in direct contact with the conductive heating piece, and the conductive metal pieces extending outward to be exposed outside the socket. By means of the cooperation of the plastic piece, the conductive heating piece, and the conductive metal pieces, the pipe can be connected by means of heating and melting the attachment piece, and connection is convenient.
