Abstract

A coal uncovering construction method for blasting large cross-section gas tunnels includes: analyzing stress distribution characteristics in front of a tunnel boring working face, and then determining a thickness calculation model of a reserved rock wall based on a limit equilibrium theory; establishing a tunnel model, simulating a construction condition and analyzing a construction result, and determining a thickness of the reserved rock wall; and fixing a detonator through a fixed sand ring, fitting the detonator with a construction hole by adjusting an adjustable protective plate, then embedding the detonator into a blast hole, and blasting the detonator for tunnel construction. Furthermore, an extension ring is fixed between the fixed sand ring and the adjustable protective plate.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of heritage conservation of ancient buildings and intelligent robot technologies, in particular to an intelligent anti-seismic device for shallow foundation ancient buildings, and a construction method therefor. The present invention comprises land, foundation base and an ancient building body; a foundation pit is excavated on the surface of the land, piles are provided equidistantly on the inner wall of the foundation pit, a foundation side beam is integrally formed, by means of pouring, on the top of the plurality of piles, a first earthquake proof mechanism that can be lifted and lowered is fixed equidistantly on the top of the foundation side beam, a well-shaped base is integrally formed on the inner wall of the foundation pit, and a second earthquake proof mechanism is fixed equidistantly on the surface of the well-shaped foundation. According to the present invention, the soil at the bottom of the foundation base is hardened and is reinforced by means of the piles, preventing the soil at the bottom of the foundation base from collapsing; using the first earthquake-proof mechanism and the second earthquake-proof mechanism to carry out earthquake absorption and earthquake proof on the foundation base reduces the impact of natural disasters such as earthquake on the ancient building body; the swing amplitude of the ancient building body can be intelligently detected by means of a correction mechanism, jacking correction is intelligently assisted by means of a hydraulic cylinder, thereby preventing the ancient building from falling.

Abstract

Provided are a protecting trolley and a construction method of rock burst prewarning protection system in non-contact tunnel construction. The protecting trolley includes a framework, a walking assembly, a rockfall buffering assembly, a spraying assembly and a rock burst prewarning system. The rockfall buffering assembly includes an arch frame in a fixed connection with the framework and a protecting net fixed on the arch frame. The spraying assembly includes a track car in connection with the rockfall buffering assembly and a spraying hose fixed on the track car, and the spraying hose sprays towards the surrounding rock. The rock burst prewarning assembly includes a thermosensitive infrared sensor used for detecting the temperature of the surrounding rock and a highly sensitive laser sensor used for detecting the deformation of the surrounding rock.

Abstract

A protective trolley and a method for building a non-contact tunnel construction rock burst early warning protection system. The protective trolley comprises a frame (3), a traveling assembly (6), a rockfall buffer assembly (4), a spray assembly (7) and a rock burst early warning system. The rockfall buffer assembly (4) comprises arches (23) fixedly connected to the frame (3) and a protective net (2) fixed on the arches (23); at least two arches (23) are provided and the arches (23) straddle the frame (3); two ends of the arches (23) are respectively located on two sides of the frame (3); two sides of the protective net (2) are respectively connected to the two arches (23); and the protective net (2) naturally collapses toward or approaches the frame (3) due to its own weight. The spray assembly (7) comprises a rail trolley (72) connected to the rockfall buffer assembly (4) and a spray hose (71) fixed on the rail trolley (72), and the spray hose (71) sprays towards surrounding rock. The rock burst early warning system comprises a thermosensitive infrared sensor (91) for measuring the temperature of the surrounding rock and a high-sensitivity laser sensor (92) for detecting the deformation of the surrounding rock. The preset invention can forecast a rock burst more accurately and quickly and protect workers when the rock burst occurs.
