The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electronic devices, and specifically provides a circularly polarized antenna and a wearable device. The circularly polarized antenna comprises a circuit board (10), an annular radiator (20) spaced apart from the circuit board (10), and a coupling excitation unit; the coupling excitation unit is close to and electromagnetically coupled to the radiator (20); the coupling excitation unit comprises a first coupling stub (30) and a first tuning element; a first end of the first coupling stub (30) is electrically connected to a feed portion of the circuit board (10), and a second end is connected to a reference ground of the circuit board (10) by means of the first tuning element; the coupling excitation unit and the circuit board (10) form an annular current loop. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is no direct electrical connection between the radiator and other electrical components, and the coupling stub is grounded by means of the first tuning element, and therefore, the antenna design has better practicability and flexibility.

A method for monitoring a status of a wearable apparatus, a device, and a wearable apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring acceleration data in multiple axes by means of a multi-axis acceleration sensing device (S1); determining an activity level of a user in a current time interval according to the acceleration data (S2); if the activity level is less than or equal to a first pre-determined threshold, acquiring physiological feature data of the user, wherein the first pre-determined threshold is a positive number greater than 0 (S3); and determining, according to the physiological feature data, a status of a wearable apparatus in the current time interval (S4). The method improves the accuracy of determining a status of a wearable apparatus, thereby improving the reliability of monitoring the sleep quality of a user.
