Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic instant-food cooking apparatus having a hot-water dispenser, and the objective of the present invention is to automatically cook instant food by more safely and accurately dispensing hot water into an instant-food container placed on a cooking table by improving a hot-water dispensing structure. To this end, 『the hot-water dispenser of the automatic instant-food cooking apparatus』 comprises: a vertical movement guide (410) having a cylindrical shape, the vertical movement guide (410) being disposed in the front of an electronic component chamber (110) of a main body (100) to stand upright and having a lower end portion directed toward the space directly above the center of an induction range (121) on a cooking table (120); a hot-water nozzle (420) having a pipe shape that has an empty space therein in the longitudinal direction and disposed to vertically move through the vertical movement guide (410), wherein the hot-water nozzle (420) is connected, at the upper end portion thereof, with a hot-water outlet end of a solenoid valve (310) through a hot-water hose (320) and has a water supply hole (421) formed through the lower end portion thereof; and a drive unit (430) for vertically moving the hot-water nozzle (420) within the main body (100) to dispense hot water while the lower end portion of the hot-water nozzle (420) is located inside an instant-food (F) container placed on the induction range (121).

Abstract

The present invention relates to a steam cooking apparatus for instant food, and the objectives thereof are to cook food more efficiently and to prevent safety-related accidents such as scalding by spraying steam when food (instant food and the like) is completely wrapped, thereby preventing steam leaking externally. To this end, a steam cooking apparatus for instant food according to the present invention is characterised by comprising: a main body (100) that has an electric chamber (110) inside thereof in which electric components are disposed, and that has a cooking counter (120) in a lower part thereof, extending horizontally towards the front and having a food placing part (121) for placing instant food (F) on the top surface thereof; a steam-chamber (200) that is configured to be vertically movably in a part directly overhead the food placing part (121) of the cooking counter (120), and that is formed in a tube shape having an open bottom part thereof so that a bottom end part is tightly joined to the edge of the food placing part (121) when moving down to the lowest point in order to block a top part space of the food placing part (121) from the outside; a steam nozzle (300) arranged to be stood in an internal centre of the steam-chamber (200) for spurting high temperature steam into the inside of the steam-chamber (200); and an operation unit (400) for operating the steam-chamber (200) to move up and down inside the main body (100).
