Abstract

A textile thread lubricating apparatus, comprising a base (1), a housing (2) fixedly connected to the base (1), a heating box (5) fixedly connected to the top of the housing (2), a first ring (10) fixedly connected to the bottom of the heating box (5), a cylindrical barrel (11) slidably connected to the inner wall of the first ring (10), multiple springs (12) symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cylindrical barrel (11), an arced plate (13) having a hollow structure and fixedly connected to one end of the multiple springs (12) away from the inner wall of the cylindrical barrel (11), and an oil guiding apparatus mounted on the first ring (10) and used for inputting an oil into the arced plate (13). The arced plate (13) is driven to rotate by the rotation of the cylindrical barrel (11) so that the oil in the heating box (5) flows into the arced plate (13) via the oil guiding apparatus and flows out from an oil guiding hole (23), and textile threads are fully infiltrated with the oil. The efficiency of oil infiltration with respect to threads of different sizes is increased. During cold weathers, the oil can be heated by a heating plate (6) to prevent the oil from solidifying and thereby hampering the flow of the oil, thus affecting the oil infiltration efficiency with respect to textile threads.

Abstract

The device can adapt to the carding of different fabrics by setting to adjust the distance between an arc-shaped plate (19) and the press roller (18).
