Abstract

Disclosed is a distribution device and a manufacturing method for a full-body textured porcelain stoneware slab and relates to the field of construction ceramic tile production. The distribution device includes a feeding assembly, a powder-preforming box, and a belt conveying assembly, where the powder-preforming box is arranged at an included angle α with a conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly, and 61°≤α≤90°, and an intersecting line of a lower end of the powder-preforming box and the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly is at an included angle β with a center line of the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly, and 45° ≤β≤90°. A process using the distribution device can produce a full-body textured porcelain stoneware slab of a natural flowing effect, and can form a straight or diagonal textured pattern effect as needed.

Abstract

A material distribution device and manufacturing method for a full-body green body textured porcelain panel, relating to the field of architectural ceramic tile production. The solution comprises a feeding assembly, a powder preforming box and a belt conveying assembly. An included angle α satisfying 61°≤α≤90° is formed between the powder preforming box and a conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly; and an included angle β satisfying 45°≤β≤90° is formed between the intersection line of the lower end of the powder preforming box and the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly and the center line of the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly. The powder preforming box and the conveying plane of the belt conveying assembly are arranged at an angle of 61°to 90°, so that ceramic raw materials can be stacked and flow in a preforming cavity in the powder preforming box under their own weight to form a fluid layout; and the processing technique using the material distribution device can form a full-body green body textured porcelain panel having a natural flowing effect, and form a textured pattern effect of straight lines or slanted lines as needed.

An anti-static ceramic tile having a nanostructure on the surface and a preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a certain concentration of weak acid according to the requirement of a microstructure on the surface of a ceramic tile (1); S2, using a high-pressure atomization device to uniformly spray the weak acid to the surface of the ground and polished ceramic tile (1) for modification of the microstructure on the surface; S3, performing cleaning and blow-drying on the surface of the modified ceramic tile (1); S4, preparing a nano-silicon dioxide aqueous solution doped with silver particles; and S5, coating the nano-silicon dioxide aqueous solution doped with the silver particles on the surface of the modified ceramic tile to form a thin film layer (2), and performing baking; and S6, performing cooling after baking to obtain the anti-static ceramic tile. The present invention has the characteristics of low difficulty in production technology, easy implementation, and high cost performance.

Abstract

A ceramic board (11) formed by one-step dry pressing by using a precast mold and a manufacturing method. The solution comprises a flat blank layer (22) and precast protrusions (21). The flat blank layer (22) and the precast protrusions (21) are integrally formed by dry pressing of a ceramic material. The height H1 of the precast protrusions (21) is 8-20 mm, and the thickness H2 of the flat blank layer (22) is 6-15 mm. The ceramic board (11) can be more safely applied to curtain wall dry hanging by means of fasteners, and is formed by means of integrated dry pressing of the flat blank layer (22) and the precast protrusions (21), and thus has high strength and good integrity. Therefore,, a choice of a curtain wall material having better physical and chemical properties and implementing safer dry hanging is provided for dry hanging application of a building curtain wall.
